Dr. Hong is a Southern California native.Aftergraduating from Crescenta Valley High School inLa Crescenta, he went on to graduate with honors from the University of California Los Angeles.Dr. Hong continued his study atthe University of California Los Angeles School of Dentistry to earna Doctor of Dental Surgery.Dr. Hongthen graduated from Temple University with a Certificate in Orthodontics as well as a Masters degree in Oral Biology.

Dr. Hong is a member of several dental and orthodontic associations such as American Association of Orthodontists, California Dental Association, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, Orange County Dental Society and American Dental Association.

Dr. Hong offers the latest in orthodontic care for both adults and children by combining a fun and caring atmosphere with state-of-the-art equipment and techniques to help create beautiful smiles that will last a lifetime. Dr. Hong iscurrently resides in Irvine with his wife, Youna, and two lovely daughters Audrey and Claire. When Dr. Hong is not caringfor his patients, heenjoys golf, racquetball,and traveling with his family.

As your Treatment Coordinator, Joanna is responsible for making sure your initial visit is a positive and educational experience. She looks forward to answering your questions about your treatment and ensuring your entry into our orthodontic family is smooth and comfortable.

Joannas commitment to her patients entire experience is evident from start to finish. She explains the treatment plan that Dr. Hong has designed for you, goes over your insurance coverage(s) as well as the easy payment options. She loves being a part of your beautiful smile!

When shes not at the office, Joanna enjoys traveling, visiting museums, and exploring national parks with friends and family. She has a puppy she adopted in September of 2018 and she loves to buy him costumes!

Kelsie graduated from Seattle PIMA Medical Institute in 2011 for Medical Assisting. She found her niche in the front office shortly after and has loved it ever since. She enjoys the patient interaction in the front office and is having a blast building personal relationships with all of Dr. Hongs patients!

She loves spending her free time with her husband James and their two boys Anthony and Nolan. Their favorite family activities are camping at the river in their trailer and the occasional lazy day watching Marvel movies.

Eli is the proud parent of two college students, Angel and Clara, who are attending UC Merced. She enjoys visiting them during their school year and explore the town. During her time off, she enjoys cooking new vegetarian recipes with her fianc, Juan, traveling with her family and discovering new restaurants. She is a volunteer at St Joseph Church. She is blessed to have a loving family and an amazing work team.

Jane has been working in the dental industry as an assistant for over twenty years. Shes currently been working with Dr Hong for over four years. Jane is married and has a 12 year old daughter. She owns many pets such as a chihuahua, a snapping turtle, and a lot of fish.During her free time, Jane spends time with her family and with her good friends. She likes to travel and her goal is to visit a state each year.

Sharon is a back office assistant for Dr. Hong. She is responsible for giving patients a great experience throughout their treatment time in our office. Although she has been in the orthodontic field, Sharon has just recently joined Dr. Hongs team. She enjoys interacting with patients every step of the way of their treatment. In her free time, she enjoys adventuring her new surroundings in CA as well as spending quality time with her precious cat Kiko. She is a Arizona native and a huge sports fanatic (especially football)!

Jaime has over 20 years of orthodontic chairside experience. His daily goal is seeing patients with beautiful smiles. When he is not working, Jaime likes to hang out with family and loves traveling with his wife and my daughter.
