I haven't been in a while but still remember how rude a lady was the last two times I went I have happily switched to Glick and Woods dentistry. Much better and animal themed.

They literally collude with insurance companies to push you to their office. Patient care is second to sales at this dentist office.

Just got off the phone with their receptionist who refused to see me eventhough I had an appointment abt 5-6 minutes prior to calling. I woke up feeling nauseous which I assumed was from the pain caused by a broken tooth. She suggested that I go to the doctor since I was sick. I told her I wasn't sick and that the nausea was caused from the pain from the tooth. Then she told me I could come in and get the tooth extracted in two weeks. So, now I'm calling around to see if I can get someone to help me with a broken tooth.

They did an awesome job on 2 fillings for myself. Although they where talking about someone else's case in front of me and being kind of rude and then I turned and asked them are you talking about my daughters case. Then they changed there tune I felt it was unprofessional maybe instead of running there mouth they should go to that individual and ask them personally what's going on just fyi!!

I saw Dr Branch today after having several dentists tell me they weren't able to help with a specific issue. Dr Branch was confident and did an amazing job. He also made me feel comfortable during the entire process, and his assistant was just as friendly. I would highly recommend Dr Branch!!

Adults cannot go back with children. I understand covid, but when a 9 year old is terrified of needles and has to have 2 teeth extracted, they still refuse to let an adult back there which is absolutely ridiculous since she is a minor!

We have been going to this dentist office almost 10 years and all 3 children get there regular checkups here but we will never go back... My 6 year old had 4 teeth pulled and they would not allow me to go back with her whereas the week before I was allowed to go back with her for a minor problem. I thought she was in good hands but then heard her screaming it hurts it hurts when I was all the way in the lobby. There is no way they allowed her mouth to numb enough and she is traumatized to this day. Then the receptionist stated "we know it doesn't hurt, it's just the noise that's scaring her." I will never go back there! She is 6 years old I should have been allowed back there and if she was screaming it hurt they should have at least gave her more numbing medicine or laughing gas. They also charged my insurance for a more expensive procedure that they did not do and when I called they kept saying oh we're so sorry we are so glad you caught that when it reality they didn't figure I would. I just can't bring myself to try his office again due to how they treated my 6 year old.

I had 2 infected wisdom teeth an in alot of pain and they fit me in to their schedule last minute . Everyone was so nice to me especially the dentist I believe his name was Stanley Montee because that is the name on my prescription , he got the teeth out with as little pain as possible considering how badly infected they were. I would totally recommend this dentist and I would give them 10 stars if I could thank you for helping me

I was having a hard time with my insurance, I had call several offices and no one would take the time to help me. A friend told me to call Honeycutt Family Dentistry to ask for Amy, she has always clean her children's teeth and that she was doing insurance now. I did, she was so sweet and did not hesitate to help me. I was not even a patient yet and she made sure I was taken care of, for me that speaks highly of their staff. If someone is that nice to help a non-patient out, I am excited to see how this office is going to be. I plan to call back as soon as my insurance takes affect next month for a appointment. I just want that sweet girl to know how much I appreciate her. I hope she sees this review. Look forward to meeting this staff.
