Awesome staff. Very clean and very efficient. Hannah at the front desk was very helpful and professional. It was quite busy when we were there and she was up there alone and handled it very well.

Katy demonstrated genuine concern for doing her very best. I appreciate her willingness to go beyond the surface to do a thorough job of cleaning areas that I could not see needed cleaning. The place was filthy. No one should be examined in a office as filthy as this was one .The tech. Was coughing and pulling mucus into her nose, also cleaning her nose with the back of her hand. The sink was dirty with what appears to be old blood.

I arrived early for my appt. and was told by the new receptionist that My appt. had been cancelled.I was subsequently told that the dentist indicated s/he was busy with a patient and I could wait around if I wanted but wasn't given any assurances of treatment. I thought it best to leave. Now, we know mistakes happen, but even IF the miscommunication was somehow my fault,and even IF the dentist was too busy, and even IF I were able-bodied, the manner in which I was summarily dismissed would merely be inconsiderate and rude. Unfortunately, as I am a 61 year old wheelchair-bound paraplegic using PACE bus transportation it was insulting and a little humiliating to be honest.The staff new my situation because the African American woman behind the desk asked if I should call the driver back.I'm sure it couldnt have been a good look for the Homewood Flossmoor Dental brand....especially in front of other patients in the waiting area. Most people expect dentist offices to be therapeutic spaces where people actually care about the patients, not places where patients are thrown away like trash. Your office may be wheelchair accessible, but it is not wheelchair friendly.(this review is intended for the owner as I see he reads reviews)

I have been going there for 12 years and Dr Snyder was my dentist as well as my kiddo. My kiddo never had a cavity in 12 years. Very grateful to Dr Gentile, crown broke and ot wasn't enough tooth structure to just reattach. Dr Gentile had to execute his mastery of dentistry so I could show my face in public. It was in the front and it was a large tooth. I was grateful, it exceeded my expectation of what could be done. To add context, problem started a year ago and I think all parties was trying to save a toothed that more than likely can't be saved.

After many years with the same dentist I am looking for a new dentist. I decided to try Homewood Flossmoor Dental. When I entered this facility I found: a clean environment, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, staff that was friendly and pleasant. Also the medical bedside manners were admirable. I'm very satisfied with the choice I made.

I've been going here for a little over a year now however I felt I should leave a review now.. I went in yesterday for a routine cleaning and my normal hygienist Katie was not in so I was taken care of by Amber she was beautiful and made my visit very smooth she had answers to my questions and was very helpful.. Upon leaving the front desk ladies were even more helpful and really helped with insurance questions and good scheduling... I appreciate these people.. Thank you HF Dental
