I feel that trust is one of the key components to a healthy relationship with your dentist. At Dr. Brown's office, you will experience kind, professional, and trustworthy care. At my first appointment, my needs were met promptly, my questions were answered by knowledgeable staff, and I received the most thorough dental exam I have ever experienced in 40+ years. I am looking forward to continuing my dental care with such a wonderful group of people. Thank you Dr. Brown and staff. I am so glad I made the decision to become a patient of Hometown Smiles!

No one likes the dentist , but these folks were wonderful! They got me in for an emergency visit even though I was not a current patient, super fast and everyone was so friendly. They will be my new dentist for a long while !

Thought we found a new dentist and they were up on their game with billing and communication with insurance companies, but that was not the case. Didn't check with the insurance company for fillings like I requested up front and ended up paying more than double what I was supposed to. Make sure you check with your insurance company because they say they do and actually don't.

I would just like to start by saying I hadn't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time, but they never made me feel badly about it. My hygienist, Niki, was so kind. Not only is she incredible at her job, but you can tell she really cares about her patients too. I saw Dr. Patterson's new associate, Dr. Brown, for the first time and he was very nice and explained everything to me. If you're like me and are a little nervous going after such a long time or are just looking for a new dentist I high recommend this office.

I absolutely love this office, staff and Dentist. They have worked with me in every way, even though I say, "I HATE DENTISTS". But they have helped me so much to ALMOST feel differently. This will be my DENTIST until my last tooth in my head, or breath. SMILING

I genuinely hate dentist. After two extremely awful experiences I was ready to give up on dealing with the evil wizards of the teeth. I broke a tooth and a friend recommend this particular dentist and he wasn't wrong. Everyone is calm, caring, and actually doesn't mind giving you their time. Everything was explained to me and we came up with a plan to get my back on track. I'll be going back next week for my root canal and tooth reconstruction.

I've never had anything but a good experience as a patient of Dr. Patterson. My friends can't believe it when I tell them that I actually enjoy going to the dentist - but I've referred several patients to him and they all agree!

Dr. Patterson has been my provider for over 10 yrs, I wouldn't t go anywhere else. Great staff, who are always willing to help accommodate work schedules. Immediate access when an emergency arises.

I'll start with - I've been afraid of the dentist for over 45yrs. I'd avoid going. I finally saw the team at Dr Patterson's office. I have a whole new outlook for dentist visits. It was very relaxing. They listened to me about my sensitivity and did what they could to avoid making my experience unpleasant. Bottom line - I can't wait to go back :)

Dr. Patterson is the best. His staff are all great. They let you know what to expect in advance. And doc is kind, gentle, and very experienced. I recommend them to everyone.

Best dentist with the most wonderful staff in Joplin!! Wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend Dr. Patterson to everyone I know. Him and his staff should actually get a ten star rating

This is a great dental office. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The clinical staff Are very professional and aware of patient's needs and difficulties. Dr. Mike is also extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date on the current trends in dentistry. He always has helpful hints to maintain your dental health. This is an outstanding practice and I highly recommend them to everyone!!!
