I have always preferred this dentist for my children because of the care they provide and for allowing me to be with my children throughout the visit. They have changed the policy because of parents that can't keep their kids contained. I understand that it is impossible to know which parents actually discipline their children and which do not. Because of children who aren't disciplined, I was no longer able to go back with my children. Which I found odd that I could not, yet three mothers were able to go back while I was sitting there in the waiting room. Either allow no parents at all, or allow all parents regardless of circumstance. I get the policy change and I completely understand the reasons why they changed. But as a dad of four daughters and all the news stories of things going wrong while parents are out of the room, I don't trust anyone with my children with me out of the room! I don't care your credentials or profession, you do not get to have any of my daughters by yourself! I would love to give five stars because the service has always been great, but you tell me I can't be back there with my 5yo daughter, now we have problems!

I was charged for missed appointments due to an emergency. I can somewhat understand that, but on top of that, my one child they charged me for they told me they can't treat due to her insurance. So why charge me for a kid that they can't see/treat!? Sounds like they just want to nickel and dime as much as they can. Thankfully we've found a different dentist office to take care of our needs and my kiddos love them!

They were great with my 4 year old on his first appointment. But the receptionist lady scheduled his second appointment and never called me back to tell me it was rescheduled to a different day and continued to argue with me about it.

I love it. I never feel badly stressed there. I recently found out I might need braces. I didn't want to do them because braces sound scary. But, I feel like I want to do them. I know my teeth are in good hands!

Today was our first visit there and when we left my daughter says "I LOVE that place". She loved being able to watch tv while they cleaned her teeth. Oh and did i mention the .25 cent they gave her to get a toy?! The dental assistants were so sweet to the kiddos and Dr Tobler was so kind and patient. Highly recommended!!

Both of my boys were anxious about sitting in the chair and the staff were very patient and sweet about getting then comfortable. Awesome experience

My girls love this place! Dr. Tobler is super attentive and does an excellent job with both the kids and helping me understand what all is going on with their teeth - especially since my eldest just had an expander and now braces.

What a wonderful dental experience! The office is clean, bright, and adorable. All of our doctor and staff interactions were kind and friendly. My son showed up with a cavity and nerves, and left with a filling and a smile! Thank you for taking such good care of him! :)

Just gotta give my crew 5 stars!!! I love the people I work with and they are so great at what they do. I get to do my dream job everyday. Helping kids with their teeth is a blast and I am so blessed to do that everyday. We have so much fun and I hope to see you too someday at Hometown Pediatric Dentistry!!!

Updated: The dentist is awesome, they do their best to make the kids comfortable and my kids enjoy going here and that's all that matters.

Dr. Tobler and his staff are amazing! They were extremely friendly & patient with my 4 year old. They explained every piece of equipment, every step of the procedure, and his assistant even held my daughter's hand throughout the entire visit! The office is clean and new, the staff truly cares about the quality of their work... plus they have fun perks like watching Disney+ and giving out prizes after each visit. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone with a small child!

That lady that schedules appointment forgot her name was forcing me to do something I didn't want to do and was catching attitude made me feel so uncomfortable

Best dentist experience ever! The hygienist chatted with my 6-year old and kept her calm and even interested throughout the entire cleaning. Then the dentist was kind and just as friendly, showing tools and making my daughter comfortable. Bonus that they accept Medicaid!

Dr Tobler and his hygienist are fantastic! I was nervous how my 3 year old would do her first time, but she had so much fun with them! Definitely recommend this office!
