The receptionist is a joke at this dentist I was supposed to get my tooth pulled at my appointment drove two hours after speaking with the receptionist on phone lady called me and said to come early got there and said that I was not scheduled to get my tooth pulled they called management lying saying I said things that I never said just so I couldn't get an appointment at the next Dentist never seen such bad customer service I will never return to the Raeford family dental Center

The front desk receptionist is horrible, absolutely no customer service at all !!!! I've emailed 3 times my release form to have my daughters X-rays sent to me and she has completely ignored by request. If no response by tomorrow I will follow up with a call to the dental association to report the office.

Dr. Elliot is great! Did a miracle on my teeth. I had over 14 cavities and holes in my teeth. Having them gone has been great and really helped with my insecurity

I called to try to schedule an appointment and the receptionist was very rude and quite unhelpful. I was a patient there but will look for another dentist. If she is the face of the facility it's not a good look for you. She needs some more training in customer service for sure.

They always make us feel welcomed. I usually schedule my childrens and my own appts on the same day and same time since this dentist is in another county and they never let me worry about my kids when we are in different rooms. They always let me know what's going on and if I'm worried about my kids they go check on them.
