The best dentist I've ever visited! They're so detail oriented, they even take a picture of each individual tooth. They do a full analysis of the bacteria in your mouth and can even recommend the best solution/treatment based off of that. Very high tech!
Dr. Madhumeeta Sanam earned her DDS from New York University. Prior to living in Manhattan, she attended Wayne State University Irvin D. Reid Honors College in Detroit, MI, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology.
Dr. Sanam enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but is passionate about cosmetic, pediatric, and preventative dental care. Dr. Sanam is an advocate of continuing education as she truly believes that emerging dental technology and research can guide in creating a comprehensive treatment plan for each patients individual needs.
She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Michigan Dental Association. She is fluent in English, Telugu, Hindi, and conversational Tamil. Having grown up all around the world, Dr. Sanam enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures, writing, spending time with her amazing family, and dancing.
Dr. Shrimankar is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Dentistry and has practiced in SouthEast Michigan ever since. He enjoys all aspects of Dentistry, but his passion is in oral surgery, especially Dental Implants.
Dr. Sharvil Shah is a distinguished graduate of University of Louisville School of Dentistry (Class of 2016. He got his undergraduate degree from University of Michigan. In the short time since graduation, Dr. Shah has taken tremendous strides in mastering the art of dentistry.
He is also a graduate of the distinguished Kois Center, which is one of the best training institutes for dentists. His extensive training enables him a deeper understanding of his patients dental concerns and allows him to offer a range of creative solutions for his patients.
The biggest area of focus for Dr. Shahs training has been in Implant Dentistry. He has acquired extensive training and experience in Implant Surgeries and Implant-supported restorations. Implants are the perfect replacement for broken or missing teeth.
Implants can replace a single missing tooth or an entire arch of missing teeth. Dr. Shah has extensive experience in offering these implant-based solutions. He takes time to understand each patients situation and concerns and offers a customized plan for that patient to create comfortable and long-lasting smiles.
Dr. Shah is responsible for bringing the latest available technology to Hometown Dental including iTero Scanner (for digital impressions) and Cone-Beam CT scanning (3-D x-rays). This technology ensures that he will provide implants of the highest quality to all his patients.
Dawn and her family moved to Virginia for a few years for her husbands career where she continued to work in the dental field. Wanting to be closer to family, she came back to Michigan with her husband and two sons. She is very proud of her two sons, as one currently attends college at Eastern and the other attending college in Mt. Pleasant in the fall.
Our patients can expect a friendly and welcoming experience when they come to see Jacqui! She is quick to put you at ease by building confidence, trust, and friendship with all her patients. She is very passionate about dental health, and she spends much of her time with patients to educate, encourage, and help them to maintain their health.

I just love the people there, I'm their new patient. The doctor and the hygienist will give a lot of information, take the time to explain anything you need to know and no rush when working on your teeth.

Hometown Dental offers a wonderful experience with nice clean facilities, friendly staff (especially the office manager Dawn), caring doctors, and a comforting atmosphere. Their hygienist, Jacqui, is really the best. She's especially amazing with kids and made my son's first dental appointment so much fun for him. Very much appreciated her kindness and patience.

Pulled into the parking a lot and was a little unsure. But instantly upon opening the door felt like we were in the right place...THEN we(wife, myself and our 2 year old son) were greeted with kindness and smiles. Felt good for us as parents taking our son to his first dentist appointment. I can not stress enough, EVERYONE in this office were so kind and easy going for our son, they made his experience fun, pleasant and has him looking forward to his next appointment. It was reassuring to see a dental staff being so great and comforting to my sons first experience .

Great team of people and exceptional service. After my son's first experience with HomeTown I have now used their service and very happy with the entire process, due to my needs they squeezed me in same day, (thank you), had my issue resolved (same day), what a relief. Even though they could have easily charged more like most others they did not. The best news is that I woke the next morning and did not have any soreness or pain so no need to continue on the pain meds. I do have to mention the people again, very welcoming and polite, and capable, I usually throw out names (Dawn and Dr. Sanam) but the entire team deserves to be acknowledged, just nice people and great service.

Wonderful with My seven year old son. Out of all the dentist I've been to for him, this one has been the only one that has made him feel comfortable enough to not Be scared of being at the dentist. This was the first time being there as well. We will definitely be coming back for future dentist needs for my son. I appreciate everything they've done for him.

We had a great experience at Hometown Dental in Canton. The office is great and the office Manager, Dawn, was very friendly and helpful. Our dental hygienist, Jackie, was the best! Super friendly and performed my cleaning very theoughly. She takes all the time necessary to do a great job!! I would highly recommend Hometown Dental!!
