We believe that using the latest dental technology is crucial in order to provide your child with high-quality dental care. We utilize crystal clear digital X-rays and other gadgets to make sure that we leave no stone left unturned when thoroughly examining their mouth. That way, you wont have to worry about lingering, hidden oral health problems turning into more serious issues down the road. Our all-digital x-rays also reduce radiation by at least 90% compared to traditional x-rays, helping ensure your childs safety.

While growing up, Dr. Sedighi had a very good dentist who always made him feel comfortable and well cared for. These visits ignited a lifelong interest in the dental field, and today, he helps his young patients feel at ease just like his childhood dentist did for him. He cant imagine having any other career!
After completing his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at Indiana University, Dr. Sedighi pursued his dental doctorate at the Washington University School of Dental Medicine. He then completed his 2-year residency in pediatric dentistry at the University of Rochester. Today, he is a Board-Certified Pediatric Dentist, which means he has gone through a rigorous examination process and is committed to lifelong learning in the field.
He is affiliated with several hospitals in the area, including the St. Louis Childrens Hospital, and has made multiple appearances on local morning and evening television, discussing pediatric dentistry topics like how to handle trauma, care for special needs children, water fluoridation, and much more. He is a current Associate Professor at Washington University Medical School and a Faculty Member at the Mercy Childrens Hospital. He is also an active member of the following organizations:
Dr. Sedighi and his wife have one son. In his spare time away from work, he enjoys keeping up with Cardinals baseball, Blues hockey, watching his son play baseball, and chatting with his wife about any topic under the sun. Dr. Sedighi is also very passionate about giving back to both the St. Louis community, as well as providing free dental care for underprivileged children at the Dominican Republic. He organizes and participates in an annual dental mission trip to the Dominican Republic with his friend Albert Pujols. Dr. Sedighi is also involved with the World Pediatric Project in St. Louis, the Isaac Bruce Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Charities, the West County Family YMCA Summer Camp, and many more!

After being with another pediatric dental office for 10 years, my youngest has to have some fillings done this year. 2 years ago they recommended general anesthesia and I went along with it because she was 4. This year she went in apprehensive and scared. They gave her 20 minutes to behave and then told me she needed general anesthesia. Thankfully, I came here for a second opinion. Dr. Martin and the entire staff were awesome. They explained everything during the consultation and my daughter loved them. Today we had a big filling done and Dr. Martin and her assistant calmed her enough to do it with nitrous oxide. I'm so happy we found this office and will be moving my other two here as well.

We've always had great experiences here. Dr. Sedighi is always so patient and so is the staff. This was our first time with Dr. Martin and our son was very nervous but she was so sweet and patient with him and he did fabulous with the laughing gas to help.

I can't say enough good things about them. Everyone is so friendly, we never wait long (if at all), and they treat my daughter like a little princess. She's only 6 but loves going to the dentist because of this office!

Very disappointed with Dr. Sedighi and his staff. My children have been patients of his for 8+ years without an issue until today. It came down to money being more important than helping my son in an emergency situation. Making a payment on a past due bill that I never received (situation was explained to the office staff) was more important than treating my son. My kids will never go back there again and I'll be sure to never recommend Dr Sedighi. It's ashame because the new Dr in his practice is excellent. Highly recommend switching to Dr. Jessica Martin if you're already a patient at their practice.

Dr. Martin in Dr. Sedighi's office was amazing along with all the support staff. It was easy to make an appointment for all 3 of my kids at the same time. Dr. Martin did a great job especially with my 3 year old by explaining everything to her in terms she could understand. The office is such a fun environment in which I felt like I was in Disney World!

Dr Sedighi and his staff are amazing. They are always friendly with great attitudes. I love how they talk to my son on a personal level to ask how he as been since his last visit. My son never seems to mind going to his dental appointments. The place in always clean and inviting. Its a fun dental office for kids. I love the kid friendly decor.

Very good. My daughter is apprehensive about Doctors and needles but loves Disney. His office is full of kids characters to keep her mind off of whats going on. Staff and Dr Sedighi are all very pleasant to work with. 5 years later still excellent service. Kids still love it and they are on time with appointments.

My four children have seen Dr. Sedghi for many years. We have always been thrilled with his close attention to detail and expertise. Angela a new member of the front desk team always goes above a beyond to figure out the complexities of my court ordered medical split with Dad. Quickly, she is able to concisely and accurately determine how much dad and I owe. This has eliminate so much stress and confusion. Her genuine care for patients shines thru in all she does. So glad she is part of the team!

We bring all three kids to Dr. Sedhigi. They love coming to the dentist and know the staff are going to be kind and gentle which helps take so much of the kids anxiety away. Our youngest is 3 and still nervous but Dr. Sedhigi actually did her last cleaning to minimize her time in the chair! We were so impressed with his recognizing she was uncomfortable and doing everything he could to make her visit quick and easy for her!

I have been coming to Dr. Sedighi for about 19 years, whatever age my oldest who is 21 aged out. Now, I'm still coming because I have a 16 year who has not aged out yet. Dr. Sedighi's office has stayed consistent with friendly faces and people who are eager to help you. It's sad to say, I have not found a good dentist like Dr. Sedighi for my oldest yet! When you get use to quality care, you will never settle for less. Dr. Sedighi takes time to talk with my son on every visit, not some, BUT EVERY visit. He is always pleasant and takes time to give you the feedback you need for great dental health! Those personable interactions make a difference and I really hate that my youngest is getting close to aging out! He is the BEST pediatric dentist in the LOU! Dr Sedighi and his staff are phenomenal and top notch!!! I would by far recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing pediatric dentist. He and his staff have a nack for making parents and their kiddos feel special, safe, at ease and well informed of each and every procedure from beginning to end. It is clear that they care about you and your kiddos while providing excellent service. I am so glad I found Dr. sedighi as both of my kiddos love going to the dentist. The office is amazing as well and full of adventures for your kiddos while they wait.

We just left Dr. Sedighi's office and had the best experience for our high anxiety 9 year old. Dr. Sedighi and his staff had an extremely calm and professional bedside manner and encouraged us to join him in the room. My son needed a tooth pulled and we were told by a previous dentist that we would have to make an appointment with an oral surgeon with anesthesia. We did not accept this and called Dr. Sedighi office and were seen the same day. He will be our go to dentist in the future for both our kids. Really fun kid oriented office too. 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!!

My son had a dental emergency and I called the emergency number and left a message before the practice opened. Dr.Sedighi personally called back and offered a few options of treatment. We ended up coming in that afternoon and he was so patient, kind, and thorough even though he was working us in between clients. In addition, Dr. Sedighi called the next day checking on my son to see how he was doing.

Dr. Sedighi is very compassionate and my kids absolutely love him! His staff is very friendly and they do a great job as well. Dr. Seighi's office always runs on time and they do a good job explaining things to make some appointments not so scary!

My son and I love Dr. Sedighi and his staff. Each time we go, we always feel welcome and comfortable. My son is more comfortable with him than he was with other dentists and I appreciate how he care for his patients. The office is always clean and not to mention the cool rooms they've decorated. My son's visits with Dr. Sedighi and his staff have always been wonderful. The office is clean and so cute. The dentist and staff are so calm and friendly to me an my son. They always try to put my son at ease as he is a toddler and is not the best patient. We're so happy to have found this dental practice!
