Although Mr. Walters is an excellent dentist I will never take that away from him but his patients that have CareSource Insurance has just been tossed to the wayside! My children and I have been going to him for Yearrrrssss!!! and his office no longer accepting CareSource has put me and my kids in terrible space as far as a good dentist goes. For future reference a little bit more notice would've been nice. And I've never heard of someone cutting off patients that they already had maybe not accepting new ones that carry Caresource. But I guess times have truly changed and me and my kids still don't have a dentist.

Every time I come they sit me in the chair and have me wait for 30 minutes to even be seen! The service is terrible.

Dr. Malcolm Walters is the BEST DOCTOR I have ever went to for my braces if I would have known about him sooner it would have saved me a lot of time!!

Dr.Walter was great very funny and friendly Also Nurse Dentist Raven took her time and did a very very professional job on my cracked tooth made it look better than my actual tooth

I have been going to Dr. Walters for a few years. He is a wonderful person, but the practice has changed a lot over the years. He's not as one on one as he used to be and I have a dental emergency on my front tooth and was told by the girl on the phone that they are not doing fillings this week. The practice has steady gone downhill and I am taking my business elsewhere

It's so rare these days to go into a drs office and feel welcome. The office of Dr. Walters is positive and upbeat and everyone is so friendly. Dr Walters is very down to earth and very knowledgeable. I trust him with my teeth, which are very important I'd recommend this office a hundred times over!!

the customer service and communication at his office sucks!! at first they were friendly and nice and helpful. now they just act like they dont care. i will be switching dentist soon.

A dentist office and staff that cares about its patients from the time they arrive until they leave. They are staff that is easy to talk and very helpful and you want a Dentist who cares about you and the community then Dr. Walters is the person to go to.

I been going here for a good min and I do not like going to the dentist but dr Walter's staff really made me feel comfortable about going to see the doctor. I got a partial done from him and I loved them everything match looks really natural.

Terrible customer service as usual with long wait times . My appointment was at 11 I signed in at 10:30 the office called me at 11:15am as I was waiting in the waiting area to ask why I did not come to my appointment. He is a great dentist however his office is not organized and the customer service is horrible.

I have been going to Dr. Walters for a long time I take my whole family there We love the fact that he is very quick and good with his dentistry he gets us in and out He always gives a extra effort to make me and my family feel comfortable while we're in the chair But to be honest some of his new staff does not possess the same charm and charisma of the older staff But over all he still gets a good recommendation from our family
