Dr. Eric Chen has been providing quality dental care not only as a member of Holyoke Mall Dental but also as director and president since 1995. He earned his DMD degree in 1990 from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Chen has been a member of the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society since graduation. He has been providing excellent dental care for patients of all ages as director and dentist.
Dr. Wei-Yuan Chang has been providing quality dental careers a member of Holyoke Mall Dental since 1997. He earned his DMD degree in 1997, graduating from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Chang is a long time member of our team providing outstanding care to children and adults of all ages.

Dr Chen did an Amazing job, I'm absolutely Amazed how he restored two of my teeth and was very gentle within in the process. Root canal was absolutely painless.

Dr. Lu discriminated against me because I was in a wheelchair. On my first visit Dr Lu was overheard saying " get that wheelchair out of here!". Another appointment was made with Dr Lu for an abstraction. On the second appointment Dr Lu refused to extract the tooth because I hadn't stopped a blood thinner. It was Dr Lu's responsibility to properly prepare me for the extraction. Because he did not do his job properly Mass Health was charged almost 400.00 dollars for a cabulance ride. As usual you are blaming another doctor for your mistake. My doctor was never involved in Holyoke Mall Dental appointments.My doctor never gave me any instructions and you and your staff never contacted my doctor. So, who can you blame now?

I need another dentist for crown this is my second crown in the same spot because when he put the crown he puts it loose its not right nd i feel like that's taking money out of my insurance and my pocket.

Absolutely amazing, went in for a tooth removal Dr.Chen was gentle and quick made sure everything was done right. He didn't rush the process, I highly recommend this dental office.

This dental clinic is the worst ever in my life. Even this place won't be my last choice just horrible doctors and staff really bad service. Though they take walk in right away but I won't recommend, stay away and good luck!

Horrible customer service. I had 8 teeth pulled never stitched me up or anything. Sent me on my way with just ibroprofeun. I go back today cuz I'm having bad pain 7 days later which shouldn't be a thing. I go back and I'm told I didn't have dry socket while my whole face hurts my ears hurt. I literally had to make an appt with another dental place cuz this was the worse experience I have ever had. Never return your calls or call you back like they say they will... Needless to say they butched my mouth bad to were I'm going on 7 days without being able to eat, sleep or even relax due to this pain. I strongly strongly strongly recommend not going to Holyoke Dental at all. Very unprofessional and have no idea what they are doing. BAD SERVICE DONT GO HERE

New office is awesome and outside of the mall! Dr Chen and Allyanna are a dream team in there. Had a root canal done and not only was it painless but I didn't feel awkward, judged by my teeth, or anxious at all. Great banter, smooth service, and very quick yet thorough work. Already have my next appt booked.

Hell no he took so many teeth out my mouth over the years, I only know that because I received a second opinion. I suggested to my female friend to go check them out for her gums being swollen, they said they have to take the tooth out. She went to another dentist who told her to stop eating crackers until it went down. Guess what 3 years latter she still had that tooth and it's healthy.

I won't recommend this place to anyone. Stay away. Dr. Wei she was all about the Money. We don't have dental insurance. We got a price which was fine. She kept telling my husband "I no refund money " She repeated this through the hole time we were there. All he wanted was the tooth pulled. She gave him such a horrible time. She makes you pay up front then is nasty and robot like. I have never seen anything like this in my life. They need to ditch her. Awful Awful.

My 2nd time here and it's simply amazing got to see my 3D scan done on my tooth getting a crown saving me 2 weeks I love the doctors and assistance always making sure I was ok I highly highly recommend this place 10/10

Will not recommend to anybody. Horrible service. Went for a cleaning they were done less then 5 mins. Did not feel like a cleaning. Receptionist also rude and argumental. They are unperfectional.
