Great Dentist , Rina Patel is wonderful she makes you feel very comfortable and let's you know every step of the way what's needs to be done and what she can do, The whole staff is great, So if you are ever in the area visit Holy Family Dental.

Rude dentist; they spent half an hour trying to verify my insurance (which is nonsense). Do not go there. I do not know where they got all those positive reviews

Terrible waste of time got discriminated because I'm a diabetic. She said she is not trained to do work on diabetics. Don't waste your time here

My dentist is Dr Patel she's very patient with me I am a screamer and we have worked out a rapport together I would recommend her for any of your dental treatments.

I really wanted to give a 0. Dr. Sonia you used to be nice. But, now you became rude just like dr. patel. By the way, dr. patel please change them gloves because a lot of clients complaining saying the gloves you wear really do stink.

I looked at the reviews and saw the four stars, assumed I was in good hands. Boy, was I wrong. I went in for x-rays and cleaning and planned to pay out-of-pocket because I have HMO insurance and Hadn't yet switched over to PPO. I had an event planned and I needed my teeth cleaned ASAP. I knew it might be hard for me to squeeze in an appointment if I had went through HMO insurance and tried to schedule an appointment with my assigned dentist. Every dentist I called was booked until July so I was grateful they had openings. The assistant at the front was friendly, and the dental assistant was friendly as well and held a conversation with me. The Dr. seemed friendly, and was giving great advice about my teeth! Everything went sideways when she started to clean my teeth. She scraped, rinse, brush, and was done within 10 minutes!!! She expected me to pay $210 out-of-pocket for a half-done job. I told her every dentist I've visited has at-least spent 20 minutes doing a proper cleaning and I pay enough attention to know the proper steps to a cleaning. She had the nerve to tell me teeth cleaning doesn't have a time limit and that she told me my teeth wasn't going to be white, (I know the difference between a cleaning and teeth whitening) and that she did her job. That may be true but teeth cleaning does have steps, I'm sure you were taught in dental school therefore your job was not done. I did not pay for that improper cleaning but I did pay $125 for the x-rays. She told me she will send the rest to collections, and I stated I will dispute it because that was false advertisement of a service. If it comes down to me having to pay I will pay that dental office $5 for the next 17 months :) I will not be returning, Dr. Ahmed do better, are you doing it for money or because it's a passion?

Dentist was very rude. Tried to make me go to a place to pay out of pocket when I had Insurance. I had pain in my wisdom tooth and asked if they could at least numb the area. The dentist told me they don't do that here. She also assumed I was only coming to get more pain meds and told me no one would be able to prescribe me medication until I got my tooth pulled so I might as well just pay the money to get it pulled. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I also want to state that she told me I wouldn't be able to find a dentist in my network of Insurance unless I drove over and hour out my way to Chicago. I want to state that I did in fact find a dentist in the Waukegan area that accepted my insurance with no problem.

Every time i come here they take way too long. Over an hour waiting and it shouldn't take long for a cleaning. Unfortunately i wont be coming back .

I have been coming here since Many years and this office is awesome Dr. Patel and her staff are the best ! Dr Patel and her staff always go way and beyond my expectations to give me the dental care I need. If anyone has anything negative to say then it's probably they wanted things done that are not right . Holy family Dental , the doctor and staff are very professional and I highly recommend them!!

Very wonderful and helpful staff, awesome dentist, was only my first visit, didn't do much but take an x-ray but very confident and optimistic about the work they are going to do on my teeth, they also set me up with an inexpensive doctor to do a root canal which was most appreciated, I'm very thankful and glad I searched out and found a good clinic. Awesome.

I went in for dentures, she refused saying I had to get my implants from a LOCAL oral surgeon at a cost of $15,000, and she would not make dentures for me to go get the implants in Texas for only $3,000

It was a great experience I got the teeth cleaned that I needed I will definitely come back for the next cleaning just have to take care of the gums that I had a problem with but excellent in their customer service and their approach to provide u with good customer service
