FURTHER DETAILS TO COME UPON COMPLETION OF INVESTIGATION BY TTEXAS STATE BOARD OF DENTAL EXAMINERS: Since November of 2020 I have been waiting for a crown for my implant, I still do not have it and it is April 22, 2021. I have paid for the crown but they can't deliver. They ordered the wrong type and put it in and I was in pain with swollen gums and bleeding for a week. I called to let that be known and they said they ordered the wrong type. I had Holt place a crown on a broken molar and the job was so botched that I am now having to have corrective care done. I have been asking for my dental records to be sent to the new dentist for over a week and they will not respond to my messages, THEY WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY REQUEST FOR MY DENTAL RECORDS. I was told that they have issues with their message system and that I should email. I have sent multiple emails and they will not respond to those either. I am now in the process of reporting this office to the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners. I have tried in every way just to get my dental records but they have only dodged my attempts to contact them. If there's a chance you have the experience which I have had, and there is, stay away. They are afraid to turn over my dental records because they know that this is malpractice.

We have used Holt Dental for all of our dental needs for over 10 years.(cleanings, fillings, crowns, braces, root canal, oral surgery, etc.) We value their professional care and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for caring, compassionate, dental care.

Dr. Hold is wonderful. He listens , is patient, and gave me a great treatment plan. His staff is just the best! Would recommend his practice to anyone in need of great dental care.

I was referred here by my co worker, after telling her I was scared of dentist. The staff is very professional and very gentle. The spend time doing my procedures and at no point I felt rushed or uncomfortable. My hygienist was super nice and professional Dr Holt was very thorough patient and detailed. I have another apt to go back and I must say I'm looking forward to it.

This is a wonderful dentist. As an adult, Dr. Holt has straightened my teeth with Invisalign braces and kept my teeth in perfect health. I have seen him regularly for many years and would hate to lose him. I am always greeted with a smile and a warm hello. My wait time is never more than 2-3 minutes, usually less. Hygienist, Micah is friendly and sensitive to your needs. I love how she always says she is "living the dream." When she is finished, Auggie (she takes the x-rays) comes in to keep you company until the dentist comes to double check the x-rays and your teeth. Auggie is friendly and always carries the conversation. Once I am finished in the exam room, I check out with Julie. I think she is truly a blessing to this practice. Holt Dental Care is patient oriented and professional. I have never had a bad experience here. Because of these reasons, I will continue to drive 50 miles round-trip for all my dental needs,

Both Dr Hinkel and Dr Holt are great. Today Dr Hinkel was his typical friendly, attentive and informative self. I did not feel rushed or "a bother" when I asked a couple of questions at the end of my cleaning and exam. And my hygienist Micah was wonderful also.
