The Holohan family name is synonymous with good people who have been serving the community and providing superior dental care for more than 50 years. Dr. William Holohan (retired) opened his first dental office in the heart of town in 1958. Dr. Bill Holohan and his sister Dr. Colleen Holohan, partnered together to form Holohan Dental Professionals and have been practicing in Northbrook since 1989. Dr. Kim Busch recently joined the practice as an associate dentist; and the doctors along with their highly skilled team of professionals continue the tradition of providing the finest oral health care to people in Northbrook and the surrounding communities.
We have generations of families who continue to return to us for their dental care. We even have patients who no longer live in the area, but still come to see us twice a year. Our patients continuously refer their family members, friends, neighbors, and co-workers to us because they know we will take good care of them. We work hard to earn and maintain the trust of our patients and provide them with the best patient experience possible. That's why Holohan Dental continues to be recognized and known as one of the finest dental practices in the area.

Dr Kim is a fantastic dentist and a genuinely nice person! She does a lot of mission work with her skills in Haiti and other places. Our kids love her too.

Staff is very friendly and they run everything on time. Dr. Holohan has helped my teeth become very healthy. He is honest and does not push for unneeded procedures like other places. Maybe not the cheapest, but I don't want to cut corners when it comes to my teeth.

I have to say this is the best dental office to go to in the entire country. Dr Kim is always spot on with her timing and treatment since I have had multiple root canals and other grinding issues in the past. Ever since I've met her I've been able to sleep and eat the way I should. Front desk is always welcoming with a huge smile even though it's under a mask for now. Anytime I've ever had an emergency they make time to get me in and treat my problem as if I was one of there own family members. I will gladly send as many people to Holohan Dental because of the great care and amazing customer service. We need more people like them in the world. Great service is hard to find. I found it at Holohan over 7 years ago. I would never look back. Priceless team this office has. Appreciate Y'all more then you know.

Truly great care. Nobody ever wants to go to the dentist, but I'm already excited about my next 6 month check-up. They are truly caring and professional beyond belief. They communicate so well from the moment you call to set up an appointment all the way through the actual appointment. They explain everything they are doing and give great advice. Truly an exceptional practice. Highly recommended!

We have gone to Holohan Dental for many years.The people are great and we have had no significant dental issues since we have been seeing Colleen.We have recommended them to friends and everyone is delighted with their treatment.

I love Dr. Bill and his entire staff. They are extremely tech savvy which makes things so much easier. First time I went to them I had cracked a tooth late night. I was given their name, googled them, sent an email in the middle of the night and by 5:45 I received a response email stating they have early AM emergency slots open. On top of all this I had to be done by a specific time. Not only did they get me in as a first time patient on short notice, they got me out 10 min before promised. Best part they fixed my tooth for $1350 less than my old dentist. And it was completely fixed when I left. No temporary need! I learned that day there were a lot of ways to fix a broken tooth other then an expensive way of having a piece made in a dental lab.
