Dr. Holmes is truly a proud West Virginian, but even more proud to be a daddy to his precious boys, Evan (10), Kyle (7), and identical twins, Jackson and Easton (19mos). Theyre quite a handful and everyday is a new adventure! They all enjoy camping and spending much of their time together traveling in the family RV from campground to campground. Keeping life simple is the approach this hometown boy takes.
Dr. Holmes is passionate about centering his practice on excellence, in every sense of the word. He leads the industry in the latest technological developments and techniques. Exceptional experience and results are hallmarks of the practice taken very seriously. Dr. Holmes has a conservative approach to recommending Orthodontic treatment. He does not recommend early Orthodontic treatment unless severe issues exist. This is how he has earned the reputation of having the highest level of honesty and integrity.
Dr. Holmes and his team all share an immense passion for supporting and giving back to the community that has blessed them so much. He and his team are very proud of the many meaningful charities theyve participated in and substantial contributions they have made over the years.
Dr. Signorelliis originally from Clarksburg, WV where he graduated from Roosevelt-Wilson HS. He is an avid West Virginia University (WVU) fan and attended WVU for his undergraduate studies. Dr. Signorelli received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree from West Virginia University School of Dentistry, in 1989.
With Dental Degree in hand, he joined the United States Air Force as a Captain in the Dental Corps. Dr. Signorelli served his first 11 years as a general dentist, both in the US and Italy. In 2000, he was awarded an Air Force sponsored specialty training opportunity in Orthodontics. Dr. Signorelli received his Certificate and Masters in Orthodontics in 2003 from West Virginia University School of Dentistry. Dr. Signorelli served his last seven years in the Air Force as an orthodontist in Germany and San Antonio, TX. On September 1, 2010, after 21 years of service, he retired as a Colonel.
Other than meeting his wife and the birth of his children, one of his most memorable times in the AF was flying in the back seat of an F-16 fighter jet. Dr. Signorelli met his wife, of 21 years, Suzy in 1992 while stationed at Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. They are blessed with three active daughters, Miranda, the oldest and twins, Erin and Jordan. The girls are Winfield Generals. Miranda graduated high school in 2018 and is currently a junior at WVU. Erin and Jordan are currently high school seniors. In his spare time, Dr. Signorelli enjoys reading, running trails, and most all outdoor activities.
Dr. Palmer was born and raised in Wheeling, West Virginia. He studied biology at West Virginia University before receiving early admittance to the WVU School of Dentistry. He received a Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2012 becoming a 3rd generation dental professional. Dr. Palmer received a number of honors during his dental school career including induction into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society.
Dr. Palmer then continued his education by studying orthodontics at the State University of New York at Buffalo where he received his certificate and a Masters of Science in Orthodontics in 2015. He is board certified through the American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) and maintains active membership in the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, and the local Dental Societies. Dr. Palmer has served two terms as the President of the WV Association of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics.
Dr. Palmer married his dental school sweetheart, Sarah, and theyve been married for 8 years. Sarah is a general dentist, and she is originally from Scott Depot, WV. They have four amazing kids; Lily, Sadie, little Jack, and Nora. Dr. Palmer enjoys the outdoors and is an avid sports fan and Mountaineer.

Great place, the orthodontist explained everything, answered questions and made us feel comfortable with the plan. I like that they are conservative in their approach so we will only have to have braces on my son once.

Always professional and always friendly. There are few if any commercial establishments of any industry that I enjoy dealing more. Everyone is so nice and I've been fortunate enough to know may of them on a first name business mostly in pet to how they conduct business. I couldn't urge you to choose them more. I will miss them when I am done with my braces.

We've been part of this wonderful family for a little over a year. Dr. Holmes and his staff have all been wonderful and mindful through the process. They always make you feel welcomed and comfy. Love how quick and knowledgeable they are. The office interior is very warm and cozy. Highly recommend Dr. Holmes and Dr. Palmer Orthodontist!!!!!

For some reason the office is enforcing a mask mandate. We currently have a family of 5 and go to 3 different dentists and 2 different orthodontists. This is the only one that requires their customers to wear a mask. Honestly if we wasn't half way through our treatment we would more than likely move to another ortho.
