The doctors and staff of Holmes Dental, along with their families, participated in this years Jingle Bell 5K to support the Arthritis Foundation. We had a great time raising money and awareness for this great cause while trying to keep warm in the cool December air at Colorado State University! Join us for next years run!

Dr. Nicole Holmes enjoys volunteering for Project Smile each year. Project Smile conducts screenings at local elementary schools to assess the need to dental care in our communitys youth. This year, Dr. Holmes gave volunteer screenings at Laurel Elementary.

I graduated from dental school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1996, and completed a one-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry in 1997. I met my wife while I was in dental school, and we moved to Fort Collins in 1999. Ill let Dr. Nikki tell you about our family! In my spare time I enjoy golf, tennis, basketball, softball, music and fixing things.

I have since completed continuing education courses in aesthetic and restorative dentistry, including hand-on courses using the CEREC same-day restoration technology to achieve beautiful results. Accordingly, Im the doctor here who specializes in aesthetic bonding and restorations placed in the front of your smile.

I graduated from dental school at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1996, and then completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency in 1997. After moving back to my hometown near St. Louis, Missouri for two years, Dr. Dan and I decided to move to beautiful Fort Collins in 1999 and started our practice together. Since 1999, we have expanded our location twice, and begun offering newer procedures, such as bleaching, Invisalign clear aligner therapy, and CEREC same-day restorations and crowns. It was been awesome to witness the development of new computerized dental technologies, and to implement them into our practice! I love learning new things and refining my skills through continuing education courses throughout the year.

Besides all of the exciting dentistry to do, our two teenage kids keep me busy, as well as our two dogs, Skippy & Luna. I also try to stay active and enjoy the Colorado Lifestyle by playing tennis and pickleball, cycling, and the occasional round of golf!

My name is Makael, the Office Manager at Holmes Dental. As well as supporting Doctors Dan and Nicole in fulfilling our mission of exceptional care, Im here to support you with scheduling, co-pays, insurance, and answering your dental questions. I am also the person to speak with when you have any questions about our office policies. I share the front desk space with Betsy, so you might speak with me when you call, or find yourself texting with me! Ive been in dentistry for over nine years, and also have experience working in mortgages, interior design, ballroom dancing, and am a Certified Relationship Coach. My two dogs, my best friend and I live in Evans, and I marvel every day at the views as I drive to the office. Mountains in front, fields on either side, and the sunrise behind! Hello, my name is Betsy and I am your Financial Coordinator. I have lived in Colorado for six years and worked in dentistry for one year, following 15 years as a Special Education Para-Educator. My goal at Holmes Dental is to make our patients feel comfortable any time they enter the office or call us on the phone. Its very important to me that you feel confident is our ability to assist you with any questions or concerns that you may have. When not in the office, you can find me rafting in the canyon or spending time with my daughter, along with other family and friends. Im Leeann, and Im the newest Dental Hygienist to join the Holmes Dental team. A native of Rochester, NY, I moved to CO in 2018 because lets be honest its Colorado! Ive been a Dental Hygienist for three years, and its important to me that I do my best to help you feel confident about your smile. When Im not here, youre likely to find me hiking with my boyfriend and my husky, Stella. I also enjoy exploring the restaurants available in this area.
