I have always been treated with respect at this office. Very friendly dental assistants, and Dr. Morales is great. Their gem though is Mrs. Jody at the front office. She is by far the best! Super knowledgeable, so friendly and committed to making sure that you are taken care of. I had an issue with my insurance and she was there to fix it. Hands down the best. I would highly recommend this office for any dental and/or orthodontics.

I had some dental work done with Dr. Baez, Crystal, and Kim. They were awesome. ABSOLUTELY the best dentist. I felt ABSOLUTELY no discomfort or pain throughout the whole process. I DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone who needs a great dentist.

Dr Pedro Baez treated me for a Root Canal procedure. He was very courteous & professional. He listened carefully to my needs & explained in detail my options. I recommend him wholeheartedly. Dr. Baez and Crystal are absolutely amazing! As well as the office staff in the front! They always greet me by name when I walk in and are very friendly. Since I was a child I have a HUGE fear of the dentist. A simple cleaning causes lots of anxiety within. They did an amazing job taking care of me and making me comfortable. They also created a completely different experience for me They treat me with so much respect and engage in conversation with me every step of the way. Thank you so much

I had a painful toothache I could not sleep I called Holmes Dental office first thing in the morning. The asked me to come in ASAP when I arrived they started to work on my toothache and fixed me. I appreciate their professionalism and friendly service. Thanks to all the staff for also being COVID-19 aware and taking precautions of not spreading this virus.

My first visit to this Dentist and it was great Dr Baez and Jennifer were amazing, simply amazing The entire staff was so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful I would recommend this office to anyone needing a Dentist

I had a dental emergency and they got me in at my first available time. Dr.Baez and his assistant was willing to work after hours, with no guilt, no pressure and no rush. I felt at ease and he answered all my questions. The staff was patient and congenial as as I clarified some questions. Great to have no pain !

Dr. Baez is life changing. I had a bad experience as a teen. Since then I've avoided the dentist. Well my husband had an appointment and talked to the staff about my anxiety and fear of the dentist. I was seen the following week. I'm so thankful for Dr. Baez and the staff, they are all so welcoming with the most respectful and professional bedside manners. I'm excited to see how I look once everything is complete.

I am a current patient (soon to be former patient) that has used Holmes Dental for 3 years. I have been calling the office for over 1 month (4 calls) trying to get a yes or no question answered. I am now trying this method for an answer.

If your like me and have had such horrible anxiety about going to the dentist......look no more! THIS is the place to be. From the front desk to the dentist assistant, I can not say enough amazing things about them to fit in here. I can go on and on! I had the pleasure of meeting Doctor A ( Forrest Arguelles)and boy did I meet such an amazing person! He took such good care of me(after a rough start lol) I would say he even became my therapist lol. He took the time to understand my horrible anxiety and didn't even seem bothered. He didn't rush things to just get me out of there like another patient passing by. He was an actual understanding human being that cared! His amazing assistant Wendy was just as amazing and caring as he was that at one point she brought me a blanket. Again I could go on and on. Thank you Doctor A and Miss Wendy for your amazing, caring, kind support you showed me!

Amazing Staff!! I walked into Holmes Dental Center a wreck, lack of sleep and irritability from an exposed root was the last thing I needed to deal with. Dr. Baez, Crystal and the receptionist team instantly made me feel at ease and promptly assisted me with a dental plan to vanquish my tooth pain. Dr. Baez is not only a talented Dentistry Practitioner, but is a funny, down to earth guy. He made me feel relaxed throughout the procedure and quickly resolved my dental issues, ensuring that all my needs were taken care of. I will continue to keep Holmes Dental as my go to for any dental needs moving forward. Thanks again team! - Chris M

I have been a Patient at the Holmes Dental Center since moved here in San Antonio, TX 2000. The facility is awesome and the Staffs are very friendly. Holmes Dental Center is highly recommended.

5 Star + plus, again and again. Thank you- too all the Dentist, Staff Members and Assistants who make Holmes Dental Center operate each and every day. From day 1 the receptionist often text me personally, reminding me of my upcoming appointments and current status in reference to recent dental activities. Due to construction on 1604, a couple of times, I ran behind time and they understood and always adjusted, thank you. When I visit Holmes Dental, I feel like a family member, who is happy to see love ones. They are family friendly! Also, no last minute "Financial Surprises", clerks/billing always keep me informed of all costs, upfront. I'm very grateful to be apart of such a Dentist Team. Very positive environment! Highly recommended A professionalism.

I had my fiance set up an appointment for me at noon and they got me in the same day at 2! It's really hard for me to get a day off without requesting weeks in advance and they saved me today! I had an infection near a decaying tooth that has been causing me a lot of pain. Dr. Phil Morales, as well as all the awesome staff took great care of my issue. Thank you all so much!! 10 stars
