Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Holman and Holman Dental was great when I went in to get a filling replaced this week. It was my first time at this practice due to my insurance no longer being accepted at my old dentist. Scheduling was a breeze and all members of the staff were very kind. They also got me in and out in about 40 minutes which was super impressive!

If you are looking for a reliable, competent, caring and consistent dental provider in Hilliard I highy recommend Holman and Holman. Mary Lou is always prompt with scheduling and has such a happy voice. The hygiensts are amazing and always clean my teeth without causing pain. Yea! Over the years I have experience with both dentists and find them professional with keen listening skills. My daughters have also gone here throughout the years and we appreciated the way they made them feel comfortable when they were young. While the physical plant is not a multi million dollar complex, this is a provider that has focused on high quality of care, exceptional customer service and having great staff. Holman and Holman dental office is a great dental provider in Hilliard!

This adorable couple has been my dentist for well over a decade. Everyone that works there is great. They are all very kind. Getting your teeth cleaned isn't typically described as fun, but they do a darn good job making it as pleasurable of an experience as possible.

I had a major fear of dentists for many years. After a recent incident with a dentist being completely insensitive to me, and causing me much embarrassment, I was going to decide to just accept my dental health and live with it. My wife said that I should try Holman and Holman. Our kids go there and love it. So I made an appointment. From the first meeting I have seen nothing but professionalism at it's greatest. Happy customers, and great results. Complete inclusion in my plan of care and overall great personality. I have recommended this office to several of my friends. I would definitely recommend if you have any fears of dentistry that you give Holman and Holman a call. There is no reason to fear the dentist, especially here where they care about you as a person as well as your dental health. Thank you all.
