Dr. Taylor grew up in Hickory, North Carolina. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1998. She is truly Tar Heel born and Tar Heel bred. Dr. Taylor practiced dental hygiene in the public health setting and continued to practice in multiple private dental offices throughout her dental school education.

In 2003, she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She practiced full-time as an associate dentist in a private practice in Durham, North Carolina and continued to practice part-time with the opening of her own general dentistry practice in Holly Springs, North Carolina in August 2004.

Dr. Taylor is dedicated to the dental profession and spends many hours in continuing education courses to stay current with the latest techniques. She is a member of the American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, American Association of Women Dentists, and the Wake County Dental Society. Happily married, she and her husband, Matthew, have four children.

Since she was five, she has had the dream of becoming a Dentist, and helping people overcome their fears and anxieties associated with Dental visits. She strives to make sure all patients know her personally, and have a good experience with every visit. She accomplishes this by taking the time to connect with each patient, thoroughly review all treatment needs, explain options, and answer any questions they may have.

This should be called, "Holly Springs Corporate Dentistry" if for no other reason than the sheer size of the practice. On one hand, most of my experiences with this practice have been positive. However, it seems like they're taking on as many patients as they can as I can never get a cleaning every 6 months. I went in May and the soonest appointment I could get for my next six-month cleaning was in August. Then my family scheduled a vacation in August and I had to reschedule. The soonest they could reschedule that appointment was October. In October I got Covid and the soonest they could reschedule me for was May again. I'm going to try to find a practice that can clean my teeth every six months.

A patient of over 6 years and couldn't find the time for an emergency. So basically not there for her patients when REALLY needed. Better hope you don't need to be seen for an emergency. They will tell you to find another place.to go. You should be ashamed doc.

Had came back to them for a issue I had with a filling they did 6 months ago after I had first visited Dr. Lane's office in angier where they advised me to go back and see them because any ethical dentist should take care of this free of charge especially after I had paid for it cash out of my pocket I went back today got the issue fixed only took the dentist less then 5 minutes but they tried to charge me for the x-ray that was took and I had to haggle with them over not doing the filling right in the first place which I had paid for to be done right originally and after the dentist finally agreed she asked me not to come back as a cash paying patient they are focused on high turn arounds in and out and only guarantees work from 3 months I would be making the trip to angier gladly for a professional ethical dentist who cares about their patients their time and money

My 7 year old daughter had to have her first filling yesterday. She was very nervous and upset. Dr. Taylor and her staff was VERY patient with my daughter. They took the time to explain everything. We feel blessed to have such a GREAT dentist office to take our family to. Thank you!!!

Dr. Taylor is the best! Been seeing her for years. Lost a crown on a Friday night - fairly late - called the emergency number, as I wasn't sure what to do with that exposed nerve.... Dr. Taylor not only texted me instructions right away, but she called to make sure I was ok, and to confirm her next immediate appointment! She's great! Highly recommend.

Made an appointment for a cleaning, mention I was having pain on a tooth. When I got to the clinic they said they didnt booked me for cleaning and that I had to wait at least 3 months for that. So they will just check for the pain, but XRays will be charged separately. So then someone else came in with really bad attitude pushing for me to stay, even when I was booked for the wrong reason. Not coming back.

I called in on April 24th to schedule a new patient appointment and was told to come in on May 12th at 330pm. They also said to be early to fill out new patient forms. She was a very pleasant lady who seemed to know what she was doing. In fact, she even stated she had "the doctor" approve the appointment time as she was getting me on the ebooks earlier than most people wait. Fast forward to today the day of the appointment and guess what? I take off work early to make the appointment and I am early as requested. They look perplexed when I get there and scramble to find my appointment. BUT TO NO AVAIL! They return to me and start to tell me that they are sorry and the best they could do is see me another time. I politely left the building after telling her that I was no longer comfortable doing business with them. It is a very important part of their business, setting appointments, and they cannot seem to manage even that one simple task. Imagine what they would do to my teeth... I would also like to point out that the receptionist had a HUGE canker sore on her mouth which was very unsightly for a dentist office. Send the poor woman home. Very unpleasant experience.

There are no words that can adequately describe how much I used to dread dental appointments. A friend recommended this practice and assured me I would no longer have the feelings of dread/fear/angst related to dental work. She was right. The office is not close or convenient to where I live, but Dr. Taylor and her staff make it worth the effort to go out of my way.

I've been going here for a really long time and they are great. I never have to wait long to be seen. The hygienists and doctor are all good at what they do and very friendly. And they have hours on some Saturdays so even though they are pretty far from where I've moved now I can still continue to come here.
