Dr. Lane moved to San Antonio in 1970 after her father retired from the Air Force as a pilot. She earned a Bachelors degree in nursing in 1975 and spent many years as an emergency room nurse, as well as becoming a flight trauma nurse on a helicopter with a large county hospital.

She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the nationally acclaimed University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1991. She opened her practice in 1993. She was married to a custom furniture designer for 20 years until he passed away in 2015.

Dr. Lanes pastime is spent with her large menagerie of dogs, cats, and a parrot. She has been a lifelong animal lover and has rescued many to her credit. She also grew up riding horses and still enjoys it. She is a member of the San Antonio Polo Club where she enjoyed playing amateur polo. She recently took up ballroom dance lessons and is thoroughly enjoying herself.

Dr. Seddighzadeh has lived in several different places but calls San Antonio home. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. He received a post baccalaureate in Dental Laboratory Sciences in 2009 and Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2016 from UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry.

He has been in the dental field his entire career, working as a dental assistant and as a dental laboratory technician before entering dental school. He values staying updated on advancements in dentistry and attends numerous continuing education courses every year. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Academy of Osseointegration. He is a part-time assistant professor at UT Health School of Dentistry.

Karen was born and raised in San Antonio and graduated from San Antonio College in 1969 where she received her Associates Degree in Applied Science. She joined our office in 2002 where, in her role as insurance and treatment coordinator, she gets to interact with our wonderful patients every day.

Amy grew up right here in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Roosevelt High School in 1994. She attended San Antonio College for dental assisting, graduating in 1996, and joined our office in 2005. Amy has received additional training in nitrous oxide monitoring and is Invisalign certified. Whether shes assisting our doctors or helping make sure the office runs smoothly, she enjoys meeting and talking with new people and forming relationships with patients.

In her free time, Amy enjoys watching movies and sports and spending time with friends and family. She is married to her high school sweetheart, and together they have two daughters and a son. Amy loves animals and enjoys taking trips with her family.

Tara attended dental hygiene school here in San Antonio and has been an active part of the dental field for more than ten years. A part of our office since 2018, Sse is extremely devoted to educating her patients based on their individual needs. She is quick to make patients feel at ease with her gentle and caring nature. Tara spends a lot of time with patients encouraging and teaching them the importance of maintaining good periodontal health and how it contributes to the overall health of the body. Her favorite part about being a dental hygienist is being able to give back to her community by helping others, and seeing patients who may have had a fear of the dental office regain their confidence.

Adriana is a Registered Dental Assistant, having begun her dental career when she was a senior at Alamo Heights High School. She has been in dentistry for close to 50 years and has worked for Dr. Lane for the last 15 years. While she has assisted Dr. Lane in the past, is currently is our hygiene coordinator. Her diverse training in both the front and back offices makes her a great asset to our team! So when you get the phone call saying, This is Dr. Lanes office calling to remind you that you are due for your dental cleaning, that will be Adriana!

We welcomed Veronica to our office in April 2021 as one of our dental assistants. Her kind smile and friendly demeanor help put patients of all ages at ease! While you will most often see her assisting Dr. Lane during procedures, she also works behind the scenes to make sure our rooms and equipment are ready for us to provide excellent patient care. When not working, she is spends time with her sons, and spoils her grandchildren as much as possible.

Ours is a practice where no detail is overlooked. From the welcoming reception area to our treatment chairs that encourage you to relax to team members who are warm and personable, we are here to attend to your every need.
