Iv been going here for years and I have ALWAYS paid! ALWAYS! they never had to beg for a payment from me..well I go in today so he can fix a filling that is moving around apparently and he wanted $700 upfront! Asked for a payment plan and they say no...charged me $120 to do absolutely nothing!! I'll definitely be going somewhere else!

1st time coming here. Everyone was so friendly and patient which is a plus bc I get a lil anxious at the Dentist - I would highly recommend the Dr and his team .

Very disappointed. I have been going to Dr. Hollifield for years. I received a bill today in the mail from work they claim was done back in December for $40.00. I called and spoke with the office manager who claims that they don't know how much the insurance company pays and what my deductible would be after I was quoted an amount and then billed another amount at 100% of what I already paid even after I received the silver filling that was supposed to be less than the white. The office manager states that it is my responsibility to know how much my deductible is supposed to be. If the dental office calls and gets the information from the insurance what are you saying. Now I feel like I can't even trust my own dental office. Also I was told I'm getting this bill so late because of Coronovirus. Makes no sense since I had that dental work done back in December and the bill doesn't even say that I was billed for 210.00, it quoting my last cleaning which was last month. And there is no reference for the bill for the filling but instead they sent me a bill quoting the cleaning. And the office manager is talking to me about a bill from the insurance company, why is this the first bill I'm getting for Dr Hollifield's office from work that was done almost over a year ago!!!!??
