Dr. Hollevoet is a native of North Dakota and claims he could never live anywhere else. He loves the people in North Dakota and is so fortunate to be able to practice in such a beautiful place. You never work a day in your life if you truly love what you do, and Dr. Hollevoet feels so lucky to practice orthodontics on a daily basis. Having a positive role in peoples lives, creating beautiful smiles, and visiting with people everyday is simply the greatest job in his eyes. Attached to every set of teeth is an opportunity to meet someone new and to him, that is so cool.
Dr. Hollevoet is married to his beautiful wife, Leslie, who is a North Dakota gal through and through. They have three wonderful children; Carden, Jake and Brek. Dr. Hollevoet loves spending time with his family, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and running to keep his old-self in shape.
Dr. Tom Welk was born and raised in Bismarck and is eager to serve and give back to the community that has provided him with so many opportunities. Dr. Welk loves the profession of orthodontics, especially the problem-solving and the meticulousness that is involved in creating a beautiful smile. Even more so, he understands and appreciates how important a beautiful smile is to all of his patients and is dedicated to providing them with the best care possible. His favorite part of his job is having the opportunity to meet so many amazing people every single day.
Dr. Welk is married to his wife, Morgan. They have two boys: Greyson and Callan. Dr. Welk enjoys playing with his kids, being on the golf course, sports, traveling, and the occasional nap. Dr. Welk is thrilled to be with the amazing and talented team at Hollevoet Orthodontics and looks forward to meeting you!
Dr. John Welk was born and raised in Bismarck. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Nebraska where he was a sprinter on the Nebraska Cornhuskers track and field team. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery training with highest honors at the University of Nebraska Medical Center followed by his orthodontic specialty training and masters degree at the University of Iowa where he was chief resident.
He has wide ranging experience in all aspects of orthodontics and has particular interest in the use of digital technologies in enhancing treatment options for patients. Dr. John married his beautiful wife, Megan, last December and is looking forward to treating patients with her. In his free time, John enjoys spending time outdoors, running/working out, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Megan Welk was born and raised in Gillette, Wyoming. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Wyoming and later went on to complete her Doctor of Dental Surgery training with high honors at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. While in Nebraska, Megan served as president of the American Association of Women Dentists. She then completed her orthodontic specialty training and masters degree at the
University of Missouri Kansas City. Dr. Megan loves being an orthodontist because it gives her the chance to be creative and inventive, while also meeting new people and providing positive change in her patients lives. She believes each person brings a unique experience and life view, and genuinely enjoys getting to know those that she serves. In her free time, Megan enjoys exercising and playing basketball, visiting local coffee shops, and enjoying a good book or podcast. Both Drs. John and Megan are inductees of Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and are members of the American Association of Orthodontics. Dr. John and Megan are thrilled to be joining the Hollevoet & Welk Orthodontics family and continuing the top-notch quality of patient care that they provide.

They were incredibly accommodating to my schedule/circumstance today! All of the staff were very friendly and Dr. Welk did a wonderful job replacing my retainer. My expectations were far exceeded and I am genuinely very impressed with the treatment I received. I'm very happy with how comfortable everything is!

Hollevoet & Welk Orthodontics are the best in town. From the time you enter the door you are welcomed by a very courteous, professional, and helpful staff. Dr. Tom and Dr. Dustin are both very professional and take the time to answer all of your questions. Both are class acts. If my children need braces we will certainly be going to Hollevoet and Welk.

My daughter received limited treatment at Hollevoet and Welk and they are the kindest, most caring doctors ever!! They offer professional service, but never make you feel like just a number....they know you by name, and are so personable and caring! I had the best experience you could possibly have not only from Dustin, who is the best orthodontist in the Midwest, but from his excellent staff. After two previous rounds of braces, one at 16 and the second at 35, I still did not have a correct bite and was still experiencing problems so my dentist recommended Dustin Hollevoet and at 69 I started my third time around with orthodontistry. When my braces came off at age 72 it was the first time I've ever had a proper bite. It was a not only first class treatment that made it an enjoyable experience but I now have a perfect bite and chewing is comfortable for the first time in my life!!!! I will recommend Dr. Hollevoet and Dr Welk to everyone needing orthidontistry. They are an awesome team with an awesome staff and you will get awesome results

We can't say more about the incredible experience both of our boys experienced at Hollevoet Orthodontics! Each boy had different needs, and it was well explained, monitored, and executed! The progress was closely monitored, and the staff was incredible, kind, and caring! In our post braces experience one of our boys broke his retainer, we called the clinic, and by the next morning we not only got a replacement retainer, Dr. Hollevoet personally brought it to our home and left it in our mailbox for us! That kind of understanding and deification is almost impossible to find! We are more than impressed, and highly recommend your children and grandchildren to the incredible care we received with Dr. Hollevoet and his incredible staff at Hollevoet Orthodontics!! My wife and I had Invisalign done at Hollevoet & Welk Orthodontics, and two of our kids have had braces. Dr. Hollevoet, Dr. Welk, and their entire team were outstanding! It felt like walking into Cheers every time we went for an appointment. Everyone in the office was great to us and treated us like friends. How often can you get your teeth worked on and actually enjoy it and look forward to the appointment? This was our experience with Hollevoet & Welk Ortho. They have an awesome environment and team. The end results for all of us were great! If you're looking for an Orthodontist, my family and I highly recommend Hollevoet & Welk. You will be very pleased with your decision.

Dr. Hollevoet and his team were amazing to work with! We had two kids in braces at almost the same time. They got to know the kids and their personalities from the very start. The team was reassuring, patient and flexible. They were mindful not to expose the kids to unnecessary radiation while getting a second opinion and they didn't try to hustle us into something more expensive when the kids were too young to be responsible for themselves. We had no issue coordinating with our insurance and couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. I trust them wholeheartedly.
