My friend and I drove up to Port Washington from Milwaukee for the day. On our way to lunch, we passed Holistic Dentistry and I was excited to stop in to receive information regarding safe amalgam filling replacement. I have been looking for a holistic dentist's office in the area that practices the SMART technique, so finding this place on a humbug felt serendipitous. I walked in the office and was barely greeted. The receptionist and another staff person, perhaps the dentist, continued their conversation as if I wasn't standing there. So I grabbed a card and stepped back to grant them privacy, hoping to eventually be acknowledged. I stood waiting about 5 minutes, no further acknowledgement was offered. I graciously returned the card and left. I'm not sure how they typically greet potential patients, but I did not feel welcomed at all and it's really sad because I was so excited to potentially receive services. Hopefully no one else has this experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Railand for over 5 years. She is conscientious, compassionate, constantly learning more about best practice in patient care and a perfectionist. Whatever you may present with, she spends time figuring out the best treatment plan for you. My family of 4 has the utmost respect for her and are thankful to be in her care. I highly recommend Dr. Railand as well as her experienced and professional staff. So happy to have found them when we did!

Dr. Ryland is a kind and compassionate dentist. The tooth extraction was painless and recovery was quick. The staff made me feel welcome and I was grateful they are taking CoVid precautions to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Dr. Railand has impressed me with how diligently she attacks issues the dental issues that have been a part of my case. She has consistently put in extra time to resolve my challenges. I am so comfortable trusting her with the care of my dental issues

Truly an amazing establishment that needs to be talked about more. Friendly Dentists and front-desk staff are absolutely amazing! They fixed my sons chipped tooth really well!

I love it here! My husband and I have been going here for about a year and a half and dread the day that we move away and can't go here anymore. Dr. Railand is very genuine in her care, and we love her holistic approach. I got a fracture in my tooth a year ago and while she did tell me I'd need a crown to really fix it, she was okay with my decision to try and heal it on my own. A year later and I'm so happy I did, it's so much better than it was! The body truly is self healing (when it has the nutrients it needs of course). Very bummed that I had an amalgam filling removed by my previous dentist, who had no ventilation or any safety measures when she did it. Really wish I had discovered Dr. Railand's office sooner. The receptionists in the office are always super helpful and friendly, which I really appreciate after having tried a few other dentists in the area before finding this one. Also love that there's a Berkey filter for water in the waiting area! Great reading material too. Love the decor.

Dr Railand is a great dentist - extremely careful and patient. She did a great job with my fillings and wisdom teeth extractions, all proceedures were very smooth. The staff is great too - very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere in the office is very pleasant and cozy. Highly recommend!
