With dental offices located conveniently in State College and Williamsport, we strive to provide our patients with comfortable, convenient care. Our caring approach combined with modern technology allows our unique and specialized team to offer the very best in periodontal and implant care.

Our practice is a very unique specialty practice. We are the only dental practice in the area and one of the few in the country that offer a multi-disciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the gum, teeth, and bone. Because these diseases can have multiple causes, their treatment often requires multiple approaches. This is achieved through the services of Dr. Barry Holden.

We also have a consulting board-certified anesthesiologist, Edward Dench M.D. When necessary or desired, Dr. Dench provides general anesthesia services for our patients. This can allow Dr. Holden to provide focused care in a more efficient manner, knowing that you are relaxed and comfortable.

I should say the hygienists there are more professional than people in the general dentist's office. But I did not see the special expertise from Dr. Holden comparing to what I got from my endodontist. Besides, they charge way higher than an endodontist and general dentist charges for the same services (even for a simple X-ray), and they recommend a bunch of unnecessary services (which are again very overpriced).

Dr. Holden did a crown lengthening procedure for me at the recommendation of my regular dentist. I cannot say enough positive things about him and his staff. Extremely professional, competent, helpful, friendly and thorough. Dr. Holden even called me personally the day after the procedure to see how I was doing. I only wish I was getting this kind of service from the orthopedic clinic I am going to. Highly recommend.... worth the wait!
