Dr. Kurt received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Kansas and graduated from UMKC's Dental School with a DDS degree. After completing a two-year residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, he went into practice with his dad and is also a Clinical Professor at the UMKC School of Dentistry in the Department of Orthodontics. Dr. Kurt is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. An area native and graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School, Kurt and his family reside in Leawood.

I was very nervous when I came into this office. They made me feel so welcome. Dr. Hoffman was so down to earth. Thank you all for being so nice I would HIGHLY Recommend anyone here. May God continue to bless all of you! Looking forward to starting treatment with you guys!

I had a permanent retainer put in a long time ago. It was needing to be removed and replaced with something else. Hoffman Orthodontics was so great to accommodate my needs quickly and with very reasonable options and costs. Much appreciated!

The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. They got me in and out as quickly as possible, which I really appreciated. Also, the assistant and the orthodontist clearly laid out all of my options and didn't pressure me in to anything. I highly recommend this place!!

Absolutely wonderful! Doctor and staff are so caring and detailed oriented. I have had three kiddos go through their orthodontist experience here and another one will soon. Would not go anywhere else! Love them all!

Excellent orthodontist office and very friendly doctor & staff! I have Invisalign and got a quick checkup and scan by doctor Hoffman. Paulette was very kind while scheduling my appointment and filling out the paperwork as well. I highly recommend this location for all your orthodontist needs.

Great experience. The exam was VERY thorough and the assistant was great. Dr. Hoffman gave me all the options and didn't push for a decision on the spot. I was there for a full hour and left with images and costs and recommended to discuss the options with my dentist. I checked out a number of providers in a variety of environments and costs. Dr Hoffman's practice is the one I will trust with any orthodontic treatment I choose.

Dr. Hoffman and his entire staff are really great to work with. I had braces as a kid and am now 45. Did Invisalign and couldn't be more happy. Its super easy to do even for me. Doing the app each day is a piece of cake and I am not savvy with it at all. If you are wanting to get it done, they are the team to do it and make it easy and enjoyable. You'll be glad you did!!

Clareen and Dr. Hoffman were so patient and they managed two exams with both of my kiddos in one visit for my convenience. My kids are actually excited to get braces with them! I can't say enough good things about this place!
