I have been practicing orthodontics since 2002 and started Hoffman Orthodontics in Crystal Lake in 2006. I know I could not have chosen a more fulfilling career; what other job allows a person to make positive, lasting changes in the lives of patients? Whether I am working with a young child or someone whos 75, Im creating a beautiful smile that will help that person be happier and healthier.

I create individual care plans for each of my patients. Everyone is different and deserves to have a treatment approach that has been tailored to their clinical needs, lifestyle, and aesthetic concerns. Its my goal to have the finished smile be one that provides a proper bite along with being attractive.

Continuing orthodontic education and adopting new techniques and technology sets us apart from other practices. I normally complete at least three times the required continuing education hours each year. I love continuing my education because orthodontics is a rapidly changing field. New technology increases efficiency and accuracy, so we can deliver the most incredible results for patients.

Im directly involved with many professional organizations. I currently am the President of the McHenry County Dental Society. I attend all American Association of Orthodontists annual meetings. Im also a charter member of the Northwest Suburban Chicago Seattle Study Club. Additionally, I am active with Invisalign and take part in its research and development. I have had the honor of testing several of the companys new products.

My team is outstanding. I feel lucky to have them working for me, and without them I could not provide the level of quality care that I do. They make my work enjoyable and each is as dedicated as I am to helping our patients achieve stellar smiles. I strive to achieve a team that works well together and that I can count on. I'm proud to have accomplished this.

I love to give back to and support our community. Ive always been involved with the Its All About Kids charity. The organization raises money for families who have a child with cancer. I also participate in the Give Kids a Smile program, through which I donate free orthodontic treatment.

Our office holds an annual summer food drive to help stock the shelves at our local food pantry. We have helped raise funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the American Heart Association, and many others.

I grew up in the northwest Chicago suburbs and live there today. I share my life with my wife Jane, and three children: Tyler, Charlie, and Kate. I love time with my family and play sports with them as well as coach their sports teams.

I play softball and volleyball when I can. When I was younger, I placed third in the US in a basketball free-throw-shooting contest and was once called a prime-time basketball player by Dick Vitale. I also love the outdoors. When Im not in the office, you can often find me with my family watching my kids play sports, or enjoying Three Oaks Recreation Area.

I started working in the field of oral healthcare in 2005 and gladly joined our team in 2010. It has been a great experience working for our office. I love helping people, which is something I can do every day at work. My job is to assist Dr. Hoffman with procedures, and provide excellent care for each patient. My goal is to make everyone happy, and Dr. Hoffman works very hard to make this happen. He has a great approach to each procedure and truly cares about how patients feel.

This office has been my one and only job in dentistry, and I could not have asked for a better place to work. Dr. Hoffman is great with the patients and staff. He is comforting and helps everyone enjoy their time in the office. I love seeing the changes in our patients smiles over the course of treatment and the difference it makes to their confidence and self-esteem. Dr. Hoffman and our phenomenal staff make certain that it is always a positive impact. I make sure that the paperwork end of the office runs smoothly, coordinate patient finances and insurance, and do whatever else is needed to manage our office well.

I live in Huntley with my great husband George and daughters, Taylor and Kiersten. I have two more daughters named Kim and Nikki. They are grown and on their own. I enjoy traveling with my family to softball tournaments and watching my grandkids.

Working with Dr. Hoffman has been a wonderful way to start my career in orthodontics. I especially like how he makes patients relax and feel at ease. His commitment to providing quality care is unmistakable. Our team is dedicated to the same thing. The goal is always to make patients happy. I was born and raised in Woodstock. I love living here with my golden retriever, Maddon. We like going on our walks through the neighborhood. I also enjoy cooking, playing volleyball, and just being outside.

I grew up in Island Lake, IL and currently live in Algonquin. Away from the office, I love being with my daughter and enjoy watching her learn and grow. I also enjoy reading, working out, and being outside.

All the staff and Dr. Hoffman are wonderful and its very clear how passionate they are about helping patients finish with beautiful smiles. I enjoy interacting with patients in the community I grew up in and still call it home. I live with my husband Mike who has been a firefighter for 30 years, and my two daughters. One who has a Bachelor's in Radiologic Sciences, and one who is finishing her degree to be a physical therapy assistant.

My husband and I have lived in McHenry Co. for more than 40 years where we have been very blessed to raise our three sons on the mighty Fox River. In my spare time, I really enjoy gardening, water skiing, hosting family events, training our dog to be a therapy dog and volunteering throughout our community!

I am happy to have landed here at Hoffman Orthodontics. I am enjoying seeing happy patients come in to get braces on and off. I have been in the dental field for the past 30 years, yet this is my first position in the orthodontic field.

I was born and raised in Michigan. I have lived in many different states throughout the United States and even abroad in England. Ive been married to a wonderful man for over 30 years and weve raised two terrific sons. When were not working we love to spend time with family and travel.
