Being a dentist means that I get to live my dream every day. I enjoy helping patients to achieve their oral health goals, whether it is reducing periodontal disease, restoring a beautiful smile, or just helping to get a patient back on track with regular visits. I feel like I have helped many individuals feel more comfortable receiving the dental care that they need by being friendly, caring, compassionate, and understanding. I treat the person, not just the teeth. I listen to the wants and needs of my patients so that I can treat each person with the individual care they deserve.
I grew up in a family of nurses who instilled in me the value of health care. I knew from a very young age that I wanted to help people obtain their oral health goals and fix peoples teeth so that they feel confident about their smiles. Its something that happened to me as a childI had braces and experienced first-hand how important a beautiful smile was to my self-esteem.
I currently sit on the executive council for the Niagara County Dental Society. Ienjoy staying active and participating in continuing education courses offered by the Niagara County Dental Society, Erie County Dental Society, and University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. I enjoy learning as much as I can in order to provide the best possible dental care. I truly believe we are never done learningthere are always ways to learn new techniques and new materials in the ever-changing world of dentistry.
I enjoy spending time with the family, riding bikes, swimming, and playing on our playset. My husband, the kids, and Ilove to support our local sports teams. You can find us regularly at Buffalo Bills, Sabres, and Bisons games.

I brought eleven years of dental experience with me when I joined this team in 2017. I enjoy providing overall patient care with a special emphasis on being caring, compassionate, and welcoming. As a dental assistant, I get to experience firsthand the exceptional care that Dr. Hoffman provides. I am grateful to be part of a dental team that provides the utmost oral health care.
I really enjoy helping patients understand more about their oral health. It makes such a difference in their overall health and their confidence as well! Everyone in this office is so friendly and enjoyable to work with. Im so glad to have found a home here!
When Im not in the office, I enjoy exercising, cooking, baking, and spending time with my family which is very important to me. I also enjoy attending all of my niece Olivias musical events and my nephew Sams sporting events.

Absolutely love them. I have a bad history with dentist. They were very welcoming & made me feel comfortable. Made sure every step of the way I was okay. Highly recommend.

Dr Hoffman herself is great. Very attentive and thorough. But the front office is kind of catastrophe. Very pushy and lack of information. I have a very good dental insurance Carrier and just had work done a week ago (in the same month) that was covered under the insurance. Went back a week later in the middle of the month and was told after the cleaning appointment that they dropped my insurance and it is now out of network. Would have been good to know before hand. Was told the insurance carrier was a pain. Funny that a relative of mine is a dentist and said my insurance is very good. And on another occasion I was in the hospital with a major injury and received three phone calls and a text in a two hour period over a tooth crown appointment. Finally,I answer and said I will call you when I leave the doctor. Stop calling please. I am not the first person I know to leave this office because of the front desk *Update after the dentist reply I have been in the office 3 times in the last two months, including less than a week ago, and not once did the receptionist Michelle, or anyone else in the office mention that you were no longer carrying my insurance. All she ever said was we need to get the crown ordered as soon as the root canal is done. The moving around of the schedule was due to the endodontics office canceling my appointment for covid reasons. I have never once received or communicated through email with this office regarding anything. I also never received a letter of any kind. I get mail delivery confirmation to my email everyday with pictures of every piece of mail. The only communication I have ever received was via a text message service and nothing was sent to that regarding this. I wish you the best as well Dr. Hoffman. I enjoyed you as my dentist. But you should look into your office staff. I know a couple people who have said similar things and left the office. One individual said the office staff refused to fill out any paperwork and made them do it all. They went to a different office and the staff gladly filled out everything. Now I'm told my insurance is "too much of a pain " for the office staff. My insurance is a top dental carrier.

I love Dr Hoffman and her staff. From the moment you enter the office you feel welcome. Dr. Hoffman is skilled and professional and gentle. As much as it's possible to enjoy going to the dentist....I enjoy going there.

I haven't been to the dentist in 10+ years and we'll as you could imagine i had some dental issues. So with that being said I expected some kind of "lecture" or something along the lines of a doctor being frustrated with me. Not at all, the Doctor, the nurses and the receptionist are all AWESOME! I'm really surprised more people aren't talking about this place but they have a great environment, they did awesome work and Dr Hoffman did a tooth extraction on me that I don't know how someone could have possibly done, but she did and im definitely sticking with this place

Dr Hoffman had big shoes to fill after Dr Dowd left. I thought the world of him and Dr Hoffnam has indeed filled those shoes. Stacey, I appreciate the attention to detail and being an engineer its all in the details. The work you did to replace my bridge with the implant was very impressive and when I smile I'm reminded. Thanks for all you and your team does.

I had a dental emergency and from the phone call with the receptionist to the hygienist and the doctor it was a very good experience. They were very compassionate and patient as I expressed to them my dental anxiety. They made me feel relaxed and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Hoffman.
