Dr. Alemseged Missonne is a Houston dentist who provides comprehensive dental care in a modern and comfortable setting. He takes pride in having a private dental office where patients have the opportunity to spend as much time as needed with their dentist.
Dr. Missonne graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center Dental Branch. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Houston. Dr. Missonne has worked as an associate dentist at multiple dental practices in Houston.
He takes extensive continuing education courses each year to keep up-to-date with current dental treatments and technologies. Dr. Missonne is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society.
Monsiis a native of Houston and loves taking care of her patients. She has been in the dental field for over 2 years before joining Hobby Dental. She enjoys greeting our patients when they arrive, making them comfortable, explaining their treatment, and also enjoys assisting her favorite doctor.

Very professional staff and I felt very protected with all the safe guards that were in place because of COVID. Upon my arrival I was immediately greeted. Once I was taken to the dental room I was very comfortable, love the TV on the ceiling. Dr. Missonne was very thorough and offered several treatment options. My dental cleaning perform by Jill was great and pain free. I drove in from Cypress because of the recommendation and it was definitely worth the drive. I high recommend this office.

Great out of pocket price. They are friendly and guide you through the process. I recently went to get my tooth fixed with composite resin and I am really happy with outcome. I definitely recommend hobby dental to anyone wanting to get some work done.

After going to the same dentist for 5+ years I was very nervous to try a new dentist, but I decided to give Hobby Dental a try because it is very close to my job. Also, I like going to privately owned business than a franchise. So far I have visited them 3 times and my experience with Dr. Missonne and Jill have been nothing but pleasant. First, the office is very clean and tidy. There is almost no waiting time and they get you in as soon as you enter, and they explain everything clearly. Jill is very nice, patient and friendly. She is excellent at knowing what you need. Dr. Missonne has a good hand for dental work and he is great when it comes to putting in the local anesthesia as I hardly felt anything when he applied it. Lastly, they do have payment options. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

Dr M and Jill are the VERY best in the dental field!!! They REALLY care about you just like family. Dr M is so gentle and so efficient. Jill is a top-notch professional. This dentist is a great person as well as his staff. He has an amazing hygienist and they will take care of you without the BS that other offices put you through. They care about their work, their care about their clients, and it makes the dental experience that much better. I was tired of cleanings that were complete, and also being told things that were needed, that weren't needed just so some dentist could get my money. Here at Hobby Dental, I was told the truth, I wasn't lied to, I had a great cleaning in a caring environment. This will be my dentist for as long as I am able to have them. Cleanings and dental issues will not be a problem any more.

Great place, super friendly recommen people of all ages to go...i had a broken front teeth got it fix fast ...as being made fun of by other people for being born on the country side and very ugly teeth; had insecure of how they would had act it but i am happy that they act very professional and explain thinking i didn't even knew with lead me to get crown done by them very soon

Great office - I am terrified of the dentist but needed to go desperately. When I got there I was very nervous, but was I was immediately put to ease by Jill C. Then came in Dr. Missonne again immediately put me at ease. I was anticipating a lot of pain with a root canal but have to say I didn't feel it. He was gentle and let me know everything that was going to happen. I am now going to make it to the dentist on a regular basis. THANK YOU!!!!!

I recently visited Hobby Dental for myself and two sons. Jill C. is a fantastic hygienist and does an excellent job. She is gentle and thorough. Dr. Missonne checked our teeth and was so gentle!! We will be coming back to get some work done and I look forward to actually going to the dentist! Highly recommend Hobby Dental.
