Dr. Brian Hoagburg has an unwavering commitment to creating beautiful and healthy smiles for his patients. He is thrilled to work directly alongside his father and carry on his excellence in clinical orthodontics. Dr. Brian Hoagburg grew up in Fort Wayne, graduated from Canterbury High School in 2011 before studying Bioengineering at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry with high distinction. He received his Masters and Certificate in Orthodontics from Indiana University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Brian met his wife, Emma, at Miami University and got married in November of 2020. They look forward to moving to Fort Wayne with their two dogs Benny and Max (brother of Dr. Steve Hoagburgs beloved dog, Mandi). Dr. Brian enjoys traveling, spending time on the lake, skiing and is an avid Colts and Indiana Hoosiers fan.
Dr. Steve Hoagburg believes that he has the best career in the world. Orthodontics gives him the opportunity to make an impact on peoples lives by encouraging them to be proud of their smile. He enjoys the challenge and artistry of applying his skills, knowledge, and strategy to determine the best treatment option. Dr. Hoagburg appreciates his experienced and loyal staff, which he can depend on to help provide this excellent care.
Dr. Hoagburg was born and raised in Fort Wayne, and attended Snider High School, where he played football and baseball. Dr. Hoagburg received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry from Indiana University in 1982 and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1986. He received his Master of Science degree in Orthodontics also from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1988. He learned how to utilize braces and other orthodontic appliances to create beautiful smiles. Since graduating from orthodontic residency, Dr. Hoagburg became certified in Invisalign and has continued his never stop learning attitude to continue being at the forefront of orthodontic knowledge and techniques through continuous study, lectures, and study clubs with other orthodontists.
Dr. Hoagburg is married to his high school sweetheart, Sue, and has three children: Brian is in practice with Hoagburg Orthodontics. Rachel is attending Penn Dental Medicine in Philadelphia and will begin orthodontic residency at Indiana University in the summer of 2022. Dr. Hoagburg enjoys playing golf, snow skiing, and spending time at the lake with his family and dog, Mandi.

I really enjoy this orthodontist. They are always caring for the patients and making sure that I am comfortable and relaxed. I am really happy that my parents chose this place. Anytime they fix up your braces or whatever you have going on they always ask if you are comfortable after you are done. They also have a really cool gaming room whenever you are waiting to go to the back. The atmosphere is fun and relaxing. They play music in the building. It is usually country which is one of my favorite genres of music. I love this place.

I really enjoy going to Dr Hoagburg a lot. Everyone is really nice and helpful. I can always message or call with questions and they answer nicely anytime. I'm excited for my new smile.

Nice check in people, and while you wait for your appt. You can drink coffee or hot chocolate! And they have snacks to munch on. Yum! There progam they started is amazing! You get an app and a card, and every time something like no broken brakets you get 2 points. And just for becomeing a member you get 10 points. And even adding a prfile picture you get 5 points. They have contests in the app and in the office. In some contests the winners get 50 point. Now, points are precious, you can get gift cards with money on them. So don't spam McDonald's gift card or something like that. But, you should definitely go to Hoagbrug Orthodontist!

Daughter's Review: I like coming to my visits because everyone is nice and there are fun games each time. I get nervous for my visits, but they are patient and help me calm down. They explain what is going to happen at each visit before they do anything.

This is a fantastic group!! Everyone here is so nice and makes you feel like part of the family. They have budgeting plans and are willing to help you every step of the way. Dr Brian is fun and goofy and really makes the kids feel comfortable while educating the parents. I love the new rewards program too. What a fun incentive to help kids take care of their teeth! Definitely recommend!! 10/10!

This is a great place to take ur kids. They are so nice to me and my family. They are fast so on days you have school your kids won't miss a lot. They play music and have hot chocolate and coffee for cold mornings. I have only had good experiences with everyone that works here they have made my braces journey worth it!!

We have sent all four of our children to to the Hoagburgs for treatment and can't say enough wonderful things about the quality of care, the welcoming staff, and the stunning results. With our four we've had nearly every orthodontic complication you can imagine and the doctors and staff handled it all with care and expert knowledge and skill. If you're looking for a competent, caring orthodontic office, this is it.

Highly recommend Hoagburg Orthodontics! Every time we arrived we were warmly greeted upon arrival, had comfortable and clean waiting area, and appointments went smooth with great staff. Both Dr. Hoagburg's are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Sarah in the front office went above and beyond to make our orthodontia experience the best it could be! I love how Hoagburg also supports our local Community! Def give them a call!

I started going to Hoagburg Orthodontics when I was 13. The staff and doctors are amazing and really love what they do. Returning today at 27 felt like a small reunion when I walked in. I would never go anywhere else in Fort Wayne!
