Had a miserable holiday with a tooth ache from hell.Dr.Hiss found time for me Monday morning even though he had a full book.Made my day!!!

Yikes. Called to try to get an emergency appointment as we just moved to the area (from out of state) and I am needing to get a new dentist. The woman who answered the phone was awful. From start to finish she was undeniably rude. Furthermore, I understand that certain appointments are left to current patients, but when someone calls in massive pain without a current doctor you don't respond with "I have open appointments available but not for new patients. We can only help if you've been here". SUPER tacky. With that being said, my husband is a specialized doctor so I understand medical protocol. Can't imagine what the rest of the office is like if the face of the company (the front desk) is as unprofessional as my experience was. Needless to say, we had planned to go to this office for our routine and annual dental needs (We are both due in 2 months since we go 2x a year to our former office), but due to this experience we will be seeking out other offices. Beware
