This is the worst place to get braces! I've had so many problems with them since I've gotten my braces. All the workers there are students and not real dentist. There is only ONE real dentist. They messed up my impressions, broke my retainers like 3 times and made me wait a WHOLE MONTH for my retainers. At that point my teeth have shifted and they did not take impressions my teeth until 2 weeks after my braces had came off.

Had an appointment at 9AM .. it's 10:30 and I'm still waiting. Just watching everyone come in and go out . I finally had to get up and see what the problem was . Of course she doesn't know why it's taking so long .. Then she asked if I wanted to reschedule.. Um no ma'am . I've been here waiting for 1 hour 40 min

I do not recommend Hispano at all, I scheduled an appt for my mom and they said they can squeeze her in at 8am and that they will call the next day to confirm her appt. Never called, so I called them and they had switched her appt time to 2pm without letting me know so I kept that appt. she showed up, doors were locked no sign what so ever of them saying they had went to lunch. I called to let them know she was there in time, the women who answered claims there was a sign that said they were out for lunch from 1-2. My mom stood even after 2 and no doors were open yet. Never coming back and don't recommend to any new patients.

The staff in the back is not even doing there job they are just talking while working on your teeth, very un proffesional laughing and talking they do not even tell you what they are going to do to you & to top it off they make you wait for hours even if you have an appt. I waited an hours in the lobby and an hour inside and was literally there for 4hrs

Over a month ago I went to accompany my mom a spanish speaker. Can't believe the man dentists who comes out on tv told my mom "I'm sorry I don't think you'll afford the procedure."
