Bri has been a part of Hiser Orthodontics for almost 18 years! She began as an intern in dental assisting school and quickly learned that her passion was in the orthodontic field. Bri loves building relationships, and considers it is a perfect fit for her at Hiser Orthodontics. In Bris spare time she enjoys being with her husband and 2 girls. Their favorite thing to do as a family is to travel to different areas with their camper in the beautiful outdoors.
Cassie has been working in the orthodontic field for 8 years. She loves getting to know new people and making them feel comfortable with their orthodontic treatment. Her favorite thing to do is make people laugh and she doesnt take life too seriously. Cassie is engaged and can't wait to marry her fianc, Bryce, in July 2020. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with family, cook and be outdoors.
Rachel has been with Hiser Orthodontics for 2 years now and has loved developing friendships with her co-workers and our patients. She graduated from UGA and then has spent many years raising her 2 children and serving in the community and at her church. Rachel loves to read and travel with her family.

Dr. Doug Hiser has been practicing orthodontics for over 19 years and among the many lessons hes learned, the most important, according to him, is the relationship first attitude. Our family owned, private practice is dedicated to serving the patient first and giving them a voice. Dr. Hiser sees each patient that enters our door as a part of our family. Whether its answering questions, or simply having a conversation to build a relationship, this practice is not about Dr. Hiser its about you, our patient. Dr. Hiser works hard to maintain this mindset in the office and community.
Dr. Doug Hiser completed his undergrad at University of Kentucky and later graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the UK School of Dentistry with honors. He was subsequently accepted into the Orthodontic Graduate Program at the University of Kentucky. After completing the three-year orthodontic program, he received a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science degree.

I can't express enough how awesome my experiences have been with Dr Hiser and his staff at the Post Road Location. Everyone is so pleasant and welcoming. I initially went in to have my permanent retainer (done by another orthodontist) repaired. I was so pleased with the environment and service that when my daughters dentist suggested evaluation for braces, I immediately scheduled her to see Dr. Hiser because I honestly trust his opinion. I knew that he would offer treatment that best fit "her" needs as well as "my" pockets! Mariah and I are so pleased with the results that we've seen in such a short period of time with the treatment that was recommended. She hasn't experience any discomfort at all throughout this entire process. The scanning equipment used for fitting makes the experience comfortable and accommodating for kids. So much so that my older daughter requested I transfer her treatment from her previous provider over to Dr. Hiser. I didn't hesitate and she loves it here as well. My family and I are all very pleased with our experiences from Hiser Orthodontics (Post Rd) and would recommend for anyone of any age that is in need of quality, comfortable treatment, honest and welcoming service. I have been a patient of Dr. Hiser's for over 10 years and always have a pleasant experience. Everyone at the Midway location is very kind and they always make sure that you are well taken care of and comfortable as they help you with your braces or retainers. I highly recommend them!

We love everyone at this office! Everyone is always helpful and very friendly when we come in or call. My son has had his braces off for a while now but he has a wire for holding his bottom teeth straight. Even years later they are very accommodating in fitting him in to be seen. Can't say enough about our experience with Hiser Orthodontics!

I am new to Georgia and my retainer broke so I needed to see somebody ASAP. They got me in very quickly and I paid a fee for a new retainer. The consultation and visit was free. I'm also going to bring my daughter here. They were very friendly and cared and everybody there had a smile on their face, even the clients. It was a little hard to find but I'm glad that I found it and I'm looking forward to coming back and getting my new retainers!

Love Hiser!! They are beyond exceptional! From the time you walk in the door, the girls are so nice greeting you. All the assistants are amazing and even DH! We have had nothing but an amazing experience there with my oldest and will be back with my youngest.

Great experience in wearing Invisalign. Months wearing them and it has been a hassle free experience. Dr. Hiser and his staff are all great. No wonder they are the Best in Forsyth. I'm 77 years old and always had crooked teeth. Getting InvisalignSmile has made me feel more confident in myself. I want to smile all the time! The staff is great. They stay with you until you are done! This is the only place to get invisiligns.
