Bri has been a part of Hiser Orthodontics for almost 18 years! She began as an intern in dental assisting school and quickly learned that her passion was in the orthodontic field. Bri loves building relationships, and considers it is a perfect fit for her at Hiser Orthodontics. In Bris spare time she enjoys being with her husband and 2 girls. Their favorite thing to do as a family is to travel to different areas with their camper in the beautiful outdoors.
Cassie has been working in the orthodontic field for 8 years. She loves getting to know new people and making them feel comfortable with their orthodontic treatment. Her favorite thing to do is make people laugh and she doesnt take life too seriously. Cassie is engaged and can't wait to marry her fianc, Bryce, in July 2020. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with family, cook and be outdoors.
Rachel has been with Hiser Orthodontics for 2 years now and has loved developing friendships with her co-workers and our patients. She graduated from UGA and then has spent many years raising her 2 children and serving in the community and at her church. Rachel loves to read and travel with her family.

Dr. Doug Hiser has been practicing orthodontics for over 19 years and among the many lessons hes learned, the most important, according to him, is the relationship first attitude. Our family owned, private practice is dedicated to serving the patient first and giving them a voice. Dr. Hiser sees each patient that enters our door as a part of our family. Whether its answering questions, or simply having a conversation to build a relationship, this practice is not about Dr. Hiser its about you, our patient. Dr. Hiser works hard to maintain this mindset in the office and community.
Dr. Doug Hiser completed his undergrad at University of Kentucky and later graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the UK School of Dentistry with honors. He was subsequently accepted into the Orthodontic Graduate Program at the University of Kentucky. After completing the three-year orthodontic program, he received a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science degree.

Awesome, friendly staff, treatment that worked well & a clean facility. Definitely recommend. My son has one last visit pending but we are very-happy with the results.

Going for a visit is an entire experience. I've been going to the Alpharetta office for a year and a half, and the orthodontist assistants are all young, thin, and very pretty; they all look like models. They are friendly, open, fun and either they are really kind or very professional especially Cassy. Dr. Hiser is very friendly, rich and single. His son just graduated from Stanford and he has a big house in Milton. Some of Dr. Hiser staff have worked with him for 20 years, and the dental assistants say they don't want to leave.

Where do I even start? I had an unsuccessful previous experience with another orthodontist. I wasn't sure what to expect, but Dr. Hiser exceeded my expectations. I just finished my full treatment of Invisalign under his care and I couldn't be more satisfied. The staff was so welcoming and helpful throughout my entire treatment. They were always so attentive, kind, and able to assist with any concerns I had. I couldn't ask for a better experience and I'm so happy with my results. Thank you so much Dr. Hiser and to your amazing staff!

I have been through braces twice with Dr Hiser (wear your retainers people!!) He was awesome! Great bedside manner, super funny without trying most times, and just an all around good, honest Dr.. I also had my oldest daughter treated by him, and her smile is without a doubt the most beautiful I've ever seen. I send everyone I know to him! His staff is amazing and personable. They seem to really understand all the struggles of appointments and finances and they navigate all of that for you.

@hiser midway. I haven't been to hiser in YEARS and forgot just how everything worked but my permanent retainer broke so I went in and already felt like home. The ladies were so so nice to me and answered all the questions I had before I even sat down. Then the lady who helped me out with my retainer talked me threw the process and helped me understand exactly what she was going to do before she did it. I miss hiser and definitely consider them my number one orthodontist

I had my consultation for Invisalign treatment with Dr. Hiser's office and it couldn't have gone any better! The practice was beautiful, and the staff was so knowledgeable and helpful. I had braces when I was In middle school, but my bite had since shifted quite a bit. I was nervous that I would have to settle for traditional braces again, but I was assured that Invisalign can handle the most mild cases to more severe ones! They also didn't have to take those goopy impressions that I was used to and scanned my teeth instead. After scanning my teeth, they showed me a before and after of my smile to give me an idea of what it could look like after Invisalign treatment. I have never had such a good experience at an orthodontic office, and I was so impressed with their technology. I decided to move forward that same day because I could tell that Dr. Hiser and his staff truly care about their patients which made me feel so confident in my decision. I can't wait to pick up my aligners!

My experience has been simply awesome and no wonder they get this many 5 star! I have been working on my teeth alignment for 3 years now through another dentist who offered general dentistry. After a while, I could just tell they were not as proficient in this field even though they advertised it heavily. They got info from Invisalign and implemented it. But I could feel the redudency in the procedure. After a long period of standstill, they recommend me to Dr Hiser. From day one that I Walked in, it feels right! They have so much more equipment to do a more specialized niche, that is to make my smile amazing and help with over health of teeth erosion. They also improvised and saved me weeks is waiting from Invisalign. The culture of the office is what they say. They love their clients and clients love them. True a community here. I have had a pleasure of working with Mo. She has been handling my case From beginning and I have never had to work with multiple people. She knows me and she know what to expect. As a bonus, I get shot if good laughs here I have been extremely happy to with Dr Hiser team. These guys can do so much more than others in Atlanta area and they are very very good at it.

First of all I want to apologize for taking so long to write a review about this phenomenal orthodontist. Dr. Hiser was my daughters orthodontist over 10 years ago and was mine nine years ago we lost track of him for sometime and found him again still the same wonderful human being that he always was. He goes out of his way with every patient he sees he's always on the floor available to talk to any other patients that need his attention. I was very happy to have been able to find him againAnd to know I can depend on him if the situation arises. So long story short if you need an orthodontist the best one you will find in North Georgia is Dr. Douglas Hiser.
