We understand that many children feel scared or uneasy about dental visits, and we always treat our younger patients with extra sensitivity and compassion. Our friendly and gentle manner will help your child feel at ease with us, and having positive dental experiences during childhood can encourage a lifetime of good oral habits.

We also have a certified anesthesiologist on staff, Dr. Marcus Polk, who specializes in pediatric anesthesiology. If your child experiences severe dental anxiety or needs extensive dental treatment, Dr. Polk will do everything he can to make your childs dental visit as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

We go above and beyond the ADA and OSHA recommended standards to make ourHiram dentaloffice a clean and safe place for your family. Before your visit, we disinfect all of our equipment in a designated area with state-of-the-art sterilization technology. We also thoroughly sanitize each room between patients. We worry about the cleanliness of our office so youll never have to.

Hiram Center For Family Dentistry does a good job with cleaning, but customer service "BILLING DEPT" is horrible! They always seem too over bill me for charges, and not by $50 or $100 but close to $300 out of pocket. I have called numerous times to speak with a billing manager, or office manager with no success. Even went to the facility (which is 40 mins away from me) and the office manager and billing manager was not there. They sent me two bills, text messages, and emails regarding my bill, but never available to speak with the customer. I don't know how they stay in business with poor customer service.

The dentists and staff are great however the billing department is horrible. Both times I went I was over charged and have a large credit on my account. For future appointments they kept insisting on charging me when I have a credit on my account. I was quoted over $700 for 3 fillings. It should be much less since I've met my deductible. They said I met my maximum which I haven't then after checking that they said I only have preventive coverage which is not true. I just called my insurance company to verify and they said it was covered. I cancelled my appt the day before since the staff can not verify my insurance correctly and are shorting my refund by $100. This really irks me as someone who does medical billing for a living. They have also cancelled my appts a few times due to not having staff. Billing team get your act together!

my son had horrible experience w past dentist afraid of dentist now. I explained issues he experienced to them. Being very concerned w past was scared to trust... when we came in just a welcoming place and staff. Had the pleasure of meeting Breanna and Mr Patel who took great care of us. They explained what they were gonna do to us both and truly was amazing pulled tooth and my son was like i like them. Thank you so much for the top notch care concern and dedication to your patients youve made his trip to dentist better youve gained 2 new patients/fam members. The best ever....thank you again Breanna and mr patel we need so many ppl like you in this world.

I had a crown come off randomly and my regular dentist couldn't see me for almost a month. I was able to get in Hiram Center for Family Dentistry within two business days, and literally everyone I spoke to was so kind and accommodating! From the person who took my first call and scheduled me, to the hygienist, the dentist, and even the sweet woman who checked me out afterwards - stellar customer service and top notch care. Even the pricing was great - I was expecting several hundred dollars after my insurance, but it was so affordable and much less than anticipated! I love the dentist I've been seeing for years, but she's way over in East Cobb, so I may need to make the switch permanently! Loved the experience, especially for such an inconvenience like a crown falling out of your head :)

Hiram Center for Family Dentistry gave me a comprehensive progression treatment plan. Initially, I came to this practice to get a second opinion, on denture implants. Dr Aimee and dental hygienist Gina, told me that my teeth are worth saving and advised me not to go that route, at a fourth of a cost of dentures implants. I would have paid $60,000. They would have knocked all my teeth out (not saving the bone) and implanted in two denture plates into my mouth. Hiram Center for Family Dentistry has state of the art technology, the knowledge and professionalism to save my smile, bone structure and money. Today, having completed phase two of my treatment plan, saving three teeth and a lot of pain. I owe a Huge Thank You to Dr Aimee, Miss Gina and all her staff for showing me the compassion and care of their passion of for Dentistry. Sincerely, Robert Keith Miller

Today I had two extractions. From the moment I walked in, the staff were on top of everything. Dr. Holmes and his team were phenomenal. I intend to be back for routine care and would most certainly recommend.

DROPPED DRILL AND CRACKED MY TOOTH RESULTING IN A ROOT CANAL. MANAGEMENT WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS!!! I recently visited this facility for normal cavity fill. During my visit Dr. Miah Amie along with her inexperienced assistant were too busy focused on the tv, joking and laughing that a drill was dropped on my tooth. As I went home I started experiencing pain, I scheduled an emergency visit where I was then told my tooth was cracked. Instead of being sent to a nerve specialist right away they tried brushing over the issue by placing a new tooth in my mouth. I am still in pain and can't get in touch with the office manager who has been dodging my calls for weeks. Literally WEEKS! I've left voicemails with office staff and haven't received a call back. I now intend to sue, since this situation has not been handled properly. If you want a dental office with inexperienced staff, unprofessional management, and staff who could care less about your safety or well being...then this is the place for you. LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR DENTAL NEEDS!!
