I've been taking my kids to Hines Little Smiles for almost 10 years now. We've had nothing but amazing experiences each and every time. The staff is always very welcoming, super helpful and always eager to assist in any way that they can. I'm able to openly ask questions and I quickly get answers in return. We love the child friendly atmosphere and how patient the staff is with everyone. I have one child that has anxiety when she goes to the dentist and they are always so calm and talk with her step by step as they go. Many times the staff has gone above and beyond to make our experience so fantastic. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Hines for all that you do for your families and the community!

I love this place so much!!!! My kids go here and they totally love it!! ALL the doctors are super amazing and very patient. The staff is so friendly and helpful! The whole office gave us 5 star treatment. I was nervous about the insurance changes until I realized that my family can still come here it's just they are "out of network" but for the quality of care they give to my children it's totally worth it!! Hines Little Smiles will always be my family's favorite dentist office! Lastly the office decor is superior It's so bright and cheerful.

We have been going here for years but today was our last appointment since they made the decision to no longer accept delta dental insurance. I asked what insurance they do accept in hopes maybe they would accept what their dad has and turns out.... they aren't accepting any. Makes me wonder what the rational is for that as I am imagining so many people are impacted by this. *I was also annoyed that they explained the process for submitting claims to delta like they still accept insurance when in actuality all they were doing was explaining how to process an out of network claim.

We moved out of the area and returned after a couple years. It was wonderful to be able to come back to Hines Little Smiles!! They continue to be a friendly and wonderful staff. I am personally nervous when it comes to dental work but this office not only treats my children with care, but they make sure I am comfortable too. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else and I am glad they can keep taking care of us until they are 18

We have been taking our kids to the practice for years. They now ask for prepay because their new rates exceed our insurance (Delta Dental) usual and customary rates. You pay extra for those large plastic figures in the waiting room $$$. Good for very small kids with dental anxiety.

I had custody of my 9 yr old niece for a few years and she had a mouthful of cavities when she came to our family . She was so fearful due to previous experiences at a cheap clinic-type practice in another city. I took her to Dr Hines. They were kind and patient. Dr Hines sedated her to do many extractions and filling- very high quality. There is no comparison between high quality dental care and cheap clinic dentistry. You need to know what you are getting. You will not get good care in a cheap practice. With Dr Hines, you will get great care. Of course there is a cost for quality. We all know this. Dr Hines and her team are AWESOME!!

This is NOT a good dentist to attend if you have a medical condition, disability or religious reason for not wearing a face mask. I witnessed this staff demean a woman in front of her child and demand she wear a face mask despite protected reasons. It was very disgusting and gave me a bad taste for this business. This is a dentist office where they work on teeth, so the exposure to barefaced people is inevitable. I found it very bizarre they would deny reasonable accommodation to someone unable to wear a mask. But I overheard Hines Little Smiles management saying it was "their policy" meaning they didn't have to discriminate against that woman... but they still chose to. Shame on them. Hopefully losing business will inspire them to be mindful of everyone's health, not just those able to wear masks.
