Himi Saxena, DDS Dr. Himi Saxena practices general and cosmetic dentistry in Burlington NC. She obtained her bachelors degree at University of North Carolina in Charlotte and the degree of doctorate of dental surgery from University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan in 1996.
Dr. Saxena enjoys interacting with patients and focuses on developing long term relationships based on trust and mutual respect. For patient education and comfort, she brings latest technology that allows her patients to understand and select treatments best suited for their individual needs. Her special interests include reading about new research and advances in dentistry and is passionate about continuing education.
Dr. Saxena is currently a member of American Dental Association, North Carolina Dental Society, and Alamance-Caswell dental society and is very active in the community. She volunteers her services for underprivileged through churches and sponsored programs. She supports a local soccer team and is very proud of their accomplishments.
Amanda Snyder obtained her dental hygiene degree from Guilford Technical Community College. She graduated at the top of her class and was awarded the coveted North Carolina Academy of Advanced Studies Award. She was highly commended by her teachers. Her dedication to the dental profession is shown through her passion for individual, quality patient care and education. Amanda also attended Alamance Community College, earning other degrees and diplomas including Dental Assisting in 2008.
Angela graduated from the GTCC Dental Assisting Program in 1992 and the UNC School of Dentistry Oral Surgery Assisting Program in 1995. After working as an oral surgery assistant for many years, she returned to GTCC and graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program in 2002.
Tammy has three beautiful children. She loves vacationing in the mountains and enjoys many outdoor activities. Camping, fishing, and coaching softball to her daughters are few of her favorite past times.
When she is not at work, she is with her kids travelling, going on adventures, exploring new places. Her favorite sport is roller derby. She also loves playing piano, reading and being with my kids. She loves to help people, making new friend, and she cant wait to meet you.
Brandy, mother of four, has been in the dental field for over 18 years, with many of those years spent around kids in pediatrics. She was born right here in Burlington and raised in Caswell County. She is a graduate of the dental assisting school at ACC.
At our office, she is responsible for assisting Dr. Saxena and has done a phenomenal job. In fact, people have described her as caring, attentive, easy to get along with, and always willing to listen. She goes the extra mile to quell patients' doubts and make sure they feel comfortable with their procedures.
When not at work, Brandy is an avid gardener, nurturing a diverse and colorful variety of plants and spices in her garden. Brandy is also a passionate animal lover and enjoys raising doves as a hobby. Furthermore, she often rehabilitates animals, highlighting her caring and empathetic personality.
Lauren graduated from Alamance community college as a dental assistant II. She loves dental assisting and learning. She is very comforting and warm when it comes to patient care. Patient needs are her number one priority. Lauren is originally from NJ, but now resides in North Carolina. She is funny and brings a lot of smiles into the office. She has an associates degree in general education and is working on her BSdegree in Liberal Arts at UNCG. She is also a part of the NationalHonor Society, and would like to be a teacher in her field as a dental assistant. Lauren has a six year old daughter and a dog named Snoopy. Her hobbies include playing the violin, watching movies and fishing.She also loves beach, cooking, dirtbikes, and spending time with her family.
