Definitely will be going back to Hiltz if I need a root canal in the future. The entire experience was 5 star. They also were able to get me an appointment 3 days after I called.

Didn't feel a thing, wonderful experience! Very friendly staff that make you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr Hiltz's singing/humming wasn't to shabby either! Definitely recommend, and will be going there in the future for any serious dental needs!

Dr. Jim (James) Hiltz and his staff go above and beyond. This root canal was by far the best dental experience I've ever had. They definitely make sure you're comfortable and feel safe. I don't know what that other reviewer meant- his singing is on point

It was my first root canal and I was beyond nervous but Endodontic James Hiltz made me feel more comfortable and joked around with me. Overall didn't feel a thing it was quick and easy and I definitely suggest this place to get root canals done.

For a not so wonderful procedure, this experience was over the top terrific!!! Root canal on #3 , took about 45 minutes. I was relaxed and comfortable during the entire time. The demeanor of the doctor ( and the staff) was very comforting. All was explained fully before and after the work was done. Highly recommended. The novocaine has worn off and I have no pain or discomfort. Thank you. I will give you many stars.

I'd give him 11 stars. I never felt the shots in my mouth for a root canal. Also I didn't need pain killers after as he did not drill any other area save for the root. Does Dr. Hiltz have a great singing voice?... no. Did I enjoy humming harmony with him during? .... Absolutely. He is a magical wizard for good. I can't recommend him enough and its been 5 days since the procedure. If he does implants, I would love to go back for that. If I need another root canal, definitely returning to Dr. Hiltz. That photo shows only my anticipated anxiety prior which disappeared once he started talking to me.

I was very anxious going into my root canal and the staff at Hiltz was wonderful. I had a previous root canal done at a different location and the one done today at Hiltz was a far better experience. It was quick almost painless. The doctor was very down to earth and kind.

Incredible staff & Dr Hiltz is amazing (& hilarious). Everyone makes you feel so comfortable & relaxed, you forget how miserable you feel. I have bad anxiety with dental work & my experiences here have been beyond pleasant.

Dr. Hiltz is excellent. Very professional and caring. No discomfort with procedure and office is very clean. His assistant and front desk girls are friendly and helpful.

I wish I could give Dr. Hiltz more than 5 stars. I went to his office for my first root canal. It was that type of nervous where you are laying in the chair.... and the rigor mortis sets in. However, within no time, the staff lightened the mood and assured me that I would be completely comfortable. Dr. Hiltz was amazing. I don't know if I was lucky, or if he is just a dental genius, but I was in and out of there in such a short time. I felt no pain during or after the procedure. I was prepared to be on an Ibuprofen/Tylenol cocktail for days, but I felt nothing. I am truly grateful for his expertise, and the amazing customer service from the staff.
