My wife and I have been going to Hillview Dental for over 5 years till our insurance changed .Their customer service is excellent, if you leave a message they would always call you back promptly.. Rennatta is the most cordial, gentle and comforting person in any Doctor's office that we have come across.She is not only excellent at her professional work but an excellent communicator, She is the best at comforting patients when they had a difficult procedure and are in discomfort. Doctor Oddon is excellent Dentist,Very patient and Gentle.

Rennatta was so helpful in greeting us and guiding me and my girlfriend throughout the process. She and Dr. Oden had a great understanding of what kind of dental treatment was needed and completed the appointment in a timely manner.

Awful customer service. Just tried calling and the lady answered the phone out of pure distress (Seems she was having a bad day) and hadn't the courtesy to have a proper conversation with a potential new customer. Furthermore- the phone was disconnected and now after several calls no answer. I don't know why customer service is compromised when someone is in a mood. To run a professional and successful practice you must be the most tolerant and welcoming to all new customers no matter how many questions or queries they will have. Hopefully the practice owner has words with whoever takes customer calls as this is the first impression someone has of that company/business.
