Receptionist is incredibly rude and has a terrible attitude. I had to reschedule twice due to last minute work conflict and you'd think I spit in this lady's face with how unprofessional she was acting. Will never be giving them business again.

Dr. Hillstead and his office staff are one of the best dental offices in Sonoma. They are a great team that balances professionalism and caring. I have always received excellent care from DR. Hillstead. His staff is courteous and thoughtful. We are lucky to have this dental facility in our community.

Most people do not like the sound of "a visit to the dentist's office" but not so if you head to Dr. Hillstead! Always a smile awaits as well as professional care and a tender hand. The entire staff make it almost enjoyable!!! Thanks to all of them!

I've been going to Hillstead Dental for several years and have never had a bad experience. I've gotten everything from a cleaning and exam to a crown done. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and Dr Hillstead is very gentle, cares about your comfort, and let's you know what's happening each step of the way.
