Dr. Emily Pakula Moriarty is a native of Farmington Hills, Michigan. She graduated from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor in 2008, receiving her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She then went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 2012. While at Tufts, Dr. Pakula was granted the Dr. Alfred Osher and Mrs. D. Suzi Osher Scholarship, which is awarded to students who have demonstrated exceptionally high standards for personal and work ethics.
Upon graduating, Dr. Pakula decided to stay in the New England area. She has worked in southern New Hampshire for over four years, and before that, she worked in a family dental practice in Boston. Dr. Pakula is honored to continue the tradition of quality care and the friendly atmosphere that Dr. Pinard's patients have come to know.

Everyone at the practice are great, Dr Pakula seems have great attention to detail both in business and practice, and a great office culture. Ashley took care of my teeth, it was the most pleasant dentist visit I ever had - never had anyone explain as well and go through everything, including picture (aside from x-rays, actual in mouth pictures to show before/after and explain whats going on). In general I do not like dentist visits at all, so this was a very positive surprise. Highly recommended. ~TS

They fixed my tooth so I feel a better about smiling again. They were also very kind, patient, and answered all of my questions, providing input/advice along the way, which helped me make an informed decision. Other places have been dismissive of my questions and concerns, but not here. They were confident in their work and didn't make me feel bad for asking a lot of questions. The interior and exterior of the building are also very nice. Reminds me of a spa/cozy home in some ways. I'd say if you've had bad experiences with other offices in the past and dental anxiety, this is a good place to go. :)

Visit after visit, everyone at Hillside Family Dental is kind and professional. My family has been here since before Dr. Pinard retired, and Dr. Pakula has, believe it or not, improved what was already a consistently enjoyable time ... at the dentist! Thanks especially to Su for both her teeth-cleaning and conversational skills.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The staff and service are top notch. Each time I have visited the office, everyone makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. It is a great atmosphere and your treated like a person not a patient.
