Dr. Scott Reid grew up in Columbus and graduated from Miami University, in Oxford Ohio, with a degree in finance. Dr. Reid received his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2009 from West Virginia University. While at West Virginia University, he was awarded two academic scholarships for his success in the classroom and in the clinic. Dr. Reid completed his AEGD (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) residency at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia with an emphasis on prosthodontics and complex restorative cases. Upon completing his residency, Dr. Reid joined a dental practice in southern Ohio before moving back to Columbus in 2014. He began practicing at Hilliard Dental Associates in the fall of 2017.
Dr. Reid is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Columbus Dental Society. He has served as a delegate for the Ohio Dental Association representing the Southern Ohio Dental Society. He has also participated in several Mission of Mercy projects providing free dental care for indigent patients.
Dr. Reid is married to his wife, Hannah. They currently reside in Hilliard andare both very excited to be involved in the community. They have 4 sons: Samuel, twins Noah & Ben, and Liam. When not working, Dr. Reid enjoys family time, golf, college football, and vacationing to northern Michigan.
Lauren is originally from Dayton, Ohio, but has lived in Indiana and Georgia as well. She and her husband, Jacob, are excited to be living in the Columbus area. Lauren started at Hilliard Dental Associates in 2018 working at the front desk and can help you with insurance, billing and scheduling questions.
Katie graduated from Sinclair Community College in 2009 with her degree in Dental Hygiene. She has her Dental Hygiene license from the Ohio State Dental Board along with her local anesthesia license. She is certified in nitrous oxide and independent hygiene.
Katie lives in Marysville with her husband Nephi and two children Mackenzie and Ethan. She enjoys spending time with her family including her dogs, Buddy, Boo, and Ember. When the weather is nice she likes to hike in the local parks.
Andrea moved to Ohio in 2016 from Texas, and is so glad to experience four seasons again! She is married to Pat, and has two adult children. Andrea came to Hilliard Dental Associates in 2019 working at the front desk; and is happy to help you with insurance, billing, and scheduling questions.
She enjoys gardening, baking, chocolate, and all things Christmas. Her love language is most definitely quality time, and she loves to spend time with her family, friends, and adopted dogs Sally and Oliver.
We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office, as we welcome all patients as if they were family. We believe in frequent and open communication that enhances continuity of care and good oral health. We encourage patients to contact us with any concerns about your health or the care you receive.
It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards.
We are in-network providers with many dental insurance plans and can accept any PPO insurance plan that allows you to choose your provider. We are unable to accept Buckeye, Medicaid, Molina and CareSource insurance plans, or any HMO/DMO insurance where you are assigned to a specific provider.
We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Payments can be made by check, cash, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. For extensive treatment we offer the option of CareCredit.

I have been coming here for 8 years because I love that this is a small dentistry where everyone is kind and professional. I like that I can call them and they answer the phone or get back to me by mid-next day. What can I say, they make me smile.

Moving is always a stressful adventure! I am so grateful that my son researched the different dentist offices in our new area! We both had our initial visits today with this Dentist! Dr. Reid and his assistant made me feel very comfortable!! It was a very pleasant experience and took me quickly!! Highly recommended!! Thank you so very much for seeing my husband yesterday for an emergency visit. Our dentist of many years retired. Andrea was amazing and got him in right away. He was referred for root canal to another amazing Dentist who was able to do the procedure the following day. We will follow up with Dr Reid in a couple of weeks.
