They were actually really nice. I called all over and all the places I called were booked until December. And they got us in within 24 hours!!!!

My kids have been coming here for more than 10 years. The love Dr. Wade. He has impeccable bedside manner. Even when having surgery my kiddos are completely fine. The office is always clean and even smells clean. The waiting room could use more games or puzzles. But I understand with Covid and cold and flu season. And the nurses would have more to do....

I have been taking my kids to Hillfield all their lives. We have never once had a bad experience. Everyone from the staff in the front to the assistants and the doctors are always genuine, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really, really nice. We love going there and we most definitely always have and will recommend Hillfield Pediatric to everyone.

Hands down the best dentist ever. I'm scared of the dentist and get anxiety like crazy. But they hook it up with laughing gas and it's free too. They take care of you over here. 100% recommend this place.

This is one of the most deceitful and unprofessional places I have ever been too. When I first decided to go here to get my dental work done I was excited but as soon as I walked into the office I waited 10 minutes for the group of 4 assistants to finish their conversation before they could acknowledge my existence, then I was told they were about to go on lunch so I better go to the other desk. Okay - not great but no big deal. But then it happened 2 more times where I was left waiting and ignored when I tried to get a word in. I was frustrated but didn't let that affect me since I wanted to save my judgement for the actual work of the dentist. My first visit I thought that I was happy, they told me - no they reassured me that my insurance would cover the X rays that they were taking and fluoride. I accepted the X-rays after some convincing but I declined the fluoride. After some time of waiting another assistant came in and said she would be helping me, and then proceeded to tell me that I would need to pay for the X-rays. Oh did I mention that my insurance didn't actually cover the fluoride that they assured me would covered??? At this point I was really upset. Now for the work of the actual dentist. I had what turned out to be a cavity on my bottom front tooth. I had this cavity for 3 visits to this dentist...I was under the impression that I was just a piece of my retainer (I only found out that It was a growing cavity after I switched to a new dentist and they fought it on my first visit). Now they fixed a different cavity, shortly after the filling fell out so I called in and they said they would be happy to fix it free of charge since it had been such a short time. This made me feel a bit better about the last and was glad they would get it fixed. (Turns out the new dentist I went to said they didn't get nearly enough of the cavity and it wasn't done very well) Weeks later I get a bill in the mail saying they they are trying to charge my insurance for the "free of charge" fix! I call in and try to see what is going on, but they were very vague and didn't want to tell me any specifics, but then told me that I owed even more money that they had forgotten to tell me about on my past 3 visits. So I left that conversation and quickly became a new patient somewhere else that has done SUCH a better job, is kind, and isn't deceitful. Please be careful if you feel like giving them a try, watch carefully so that they don't trick you into paying money you shouldn't have to and ruin your mouth like they did to me.

As I sit in the office right now I can record audio on the nurses speaking about individuals by name and their insurance information. Basically everything covered by HIPPA. Out loud where other patients can hear their personal info. VERY unprofessional and unethical. Basically called my son a liar about his dental anxiety when he was clearly having a panic attack. He was crying and shaking even after giving him valume saying he's fine and tried to drill anyway. Thankfully I told them no! He's now under anesthesia (3 months later) to get his teeth fixed. Will definitely NEVER come back especially with the unethical practices of sharing patients information publicly between themselves and talking bad about the patients behind their backs. It sounds like a Junior highSchool.

I've gone to this dental office since I was a little girl and had minimum to no issues for the most part until my wisdom teeth removal. Last year, I booked a removal for them over a month in advanced to get them out. (I was 19 so It was past due to get them taken out.) During the time we booked and up to the day I was scheduled to get them out, I asked the assistants and front desk lady's if my mother could hold my hand which they told me on several occasions, yes. First off, we had issues with the day of the appointment. The dentist that was supposed to remove my teeth, went on vacation and didn't tell a single one of his clients so they had to move my date even closer so another dentist could take them out, meaning I would have only a couple of days to prepare. A couple days go by and the date I go in comes. I go in, everything is smooth at the beginning when it came to setting me up. I was anxious but was keeping my composure and trying to stay calm. Anyways, the assistant comes and gets me and starts wheeling me in the room. I go in, get on the bed and then ask where my mother is. They proceed to tell me that she can't come in which immediately sent me into a panic attack. I have rarely dealt with needles other than immunizations and have had one IV my entire life so I'm very nervous around them. I don't do well with sharp objects. Anyways, I start panicking but lay down and extend my arm to the dentist. I explain to him my discomfort when he asks me and he just tells me to breathe and calm down which didn't help. I asked an assistant if I could hold her hand which she thankfully let me but before I knew it and without warning, he stuck my arm with the needle. At this point, I was sobbing my eyes out and still panicking and the last thing i remember is shutting my eyes and hyperventilating. After the procedure, I told my mother I remembered all of it which I do remember several moments through out and apparently the whole time I was yelling and making noise. Even the front desk woman was so concerned because I was clinging and holding onto her during it. She said in all the years she's worked there, she's never seen someone worked up and literally yelling like I was. I didn't even remember yelling. I was supposed to be knocked out anyways. At least it healed right but I don't think I ever want to come back here.

After experiencing a faulty filling procedure from another doctor here (not disclosing names), Dr.Wible did an extremely good job on correcting my experience here. I was blown away by his service skills. Did everything perfect, zero complaints. He 110% knows what's up.

Overbooked wisdom teeth appointments and cancelled as we were pulling into the parking lot, thirty minutes before my wife's appointment. This was scheduled more than a month in advance. So that was some major beans

Poor Customer service, don't respond well to customers calling in with problems with traffic they can't control.
