If I could give zero stars, I would. The receptionists are always nice. Wait times take 30 minutes to an hour past your scheduled appointment. Came for two root canals and endured so much pain, only to have them extracted elsewhere because I was so scared to come back and did NOT feel safe. I was afraid to sit in that chair and I was never afraid of going to the dentist before (came to Dr. L specifically because I needed root canals). Not to mention the crown for one of the root canals fell off. It was discovered I had a rare 'c' shape in my canal, and that it would've required a specialist to take care of it - and with so much difficulty from a specialist. Dr. L should have known he was not capable of doing it, or should have refunded me the loss. Very upsetting, so many trips to endure pain, just to lose my teeth. Don't come here.

I cannot recommend Hillcrest Dental. My first visit 12/15 and his waiting room was packed (during Covid!) and I had to wait 45 min. The cleaning did not feel well done and the dentist said I needed a crown and showed me a photo of a hole in the center of a gold crown. When I called to schedule the crown appointment the dentist called me back (not office staff) and said, "When do you want to come in?" and then agreed to the time I requested. I made an error and had to change the time and he quickly agreed to this time too. Something was amiss and my alarm bells were ringing. I scheduled a 2nd opinion with Tiger Mtn Dentistry who found nothing wrong with my teeth and no crown needed. They looked everywhere for the "hole in my crown" and saw nothing. I won't return to Hillcrest. I cannot say with certainty but my suspicions are that he is scamming insurance companies. I do know he runs his office poorly.

Dr. Lee is amazing; and his staff is always super friendly!! They are all very efficient. I've been going to his clinic for about 2 years I was referred by my co-worker whose been going there for years as well. He's very financially reasonable.

Excellent and very affordable dental care I have received in Washington state! The owner is so flexible and understanding. I HIGHLY recommend! I couldn't help but tell all my friends and family about this,after having a hard time searching for an affordable dental clinic!

Horrible my teeth were not cleaned they just jerked my mouth a whole lot and I thought I was gonna have a loose one after and no dentist came to double check work she did mouth doesn't feel clean and their were no after care instructions language barrier all she did was wave bye.i will call and request a refund amd contact insurance company

Dr. Le is a fantastic dentist. I've been going to him for over ten years. He is very conscientious as well as friendly and compassionate. His office takes calls 7 days a week, and will even see you on Saturday if it's an emergency -- he came in to fix a broken tooth on a weekend and did a great job.

My mother had a terrible experience here yesterday. Her "deep cleaning" lasted all of five minutes and they were very rough with her. I don't recommend this office.

I hate dentists and its taking me 5 years and multiple dentists in multiple cities to finally find the amazing Dr. Lee. They fit me in last minute on a Saturday for a root canal. They were extremely gentle and caring. They understood my fear and made me feel comfortable. And to top it off, it was the cheapest root canal I have had done to date. Extremely happy with the service provided. Thank you to everyone at Hillcrest Dental.

Dr Le did an amazing job performing 6 teeth extraction in one visit and it was painless and quick! Appointment is easy to make. Highly recommend Dr Le for affordable and great dental services!

11am appt, when I got there the waiting room was full, everyone was wearing masks, there were no X for people to social distance on the chairs. I waited 30min to be taken back, the hygienist was nice, she didn't say much. She took x-rays and the dentist came in, he spent maybe 5 min on a cleaning and left? Then the hygienist spent 30 min polishing my teeth, didn't even get to pick my flavor, the one they used had no flavor, so that's ok. Usually its the other way around though, 30min cleaning and 5 min polish and no offer of fluoride. i had to ask the hygienist to bring the dr back to check for cancer, as my father died or skin/oral cancer. Usually the dentist will check your gums, this guy didn't. I didn't get any feedback, like you're not brushing well, or you need to floss more, etc..was it a quick cleaning because I've been using the electric toothbrush? Who knows... If you want quick, go here. However, it's not what I expected and I don't like being made to wait 30min, they get to charge you 50.00 if you don't show, but they get to waste my valuable time? I won't be going back and I canceled my husband's appointment. This is not a bad place to go, it's just not to my standards. What I was expecting.

The worst dental experience so far due to the my recent visit. A simple filling shouldn't hurt afterward. Dr Le did a poor job . Now I have to go see a real dentist. Don't waste your time and insurance and money to see this Dentist. I am sorry but your dental hygienist was gentler than you Dr Le.

OMG! I never had a such bad experience on dental cleaning! It was done by the dentist it took him about 10 minutes that was all!! He did a lousy job. I will never go back. What a waste of money!!!
