They are super nice and extremely attentive until they owe you money. I have been waiting on ~$3K they owe me for almost a year now. They never even completed all my procedures that were promised. Then they tried to scam me for a $800 dental guard I didn't want or need. I will not be going back to them for anything and I would not recommend them to anyone. I am considering filing a small claim court lawsuit against them because it's gotten to the point where I can't trust them.

I walked in one day because they are right next to my office and I had cracked a tooth the night before. They squeezed me in right then! Cleaned it up, gave me a temporary and made me an appt. for a few days later. The whole experience was painless, I didn't even feel the numbing shots. They took their time explaining everything they were doing. The whole office is so kind and professional.

I have gone to multiple Dentists through out my life and nothing has compared to this office. Rena, who works the front desk, the surgeon Dr. Anooshe works with, her dental assistants, and of course Dr. Anooshe herself... they were all the sweetest, most helpful people ever. I had gum contouring, teeth whitening, and my veneers all done in her office. Every appointment was a great experience, everyone is so friendly and the procedures are painless. I do not do well with pain and I was almost falling asleep because they are so gentle! I am so happy with my results. She pays so much attention to detail and explains in depth what will be done to your smile which is great. I am so glad my friend referred me to her! I'm beyond excited about my results and smile.

Dr. Anoushe and her staff take care of you like one of their family members. I had always hated going to dentists and came to Dr.Anoushe with so many dental problems after many years of not seeing a dentist. She is so friendly and gentle that I love to go see her every 6 months now. If you are terrified of going to dentists, I greatly recommend Dr. Anoushe.

My family has had the best dental care from Hillcrest Dental Group since 2001. Dr. Annosheh and her friendly and caring staff have provided us with excellent dental services and I am always happy to refer my friends to them. If you are looking for a dentist who is honest, and conscientious, and who will actually return your calls even when out of the state, (how many Dentists do you know that would do that), Hillcrest Dental will deliver.

Yesterday was my first visit with Hillcrest Dental and I'm very happy with my decision to come here. Dr. Anoosheh was professional, friendly and personable. She was patient and gentle, so I didn't feel any pain when she administered an anesthetic to numb my tooth for a filling. The information she gave me was very informative and helped me understand why a sleep study might be beneficial for me. The office staff and assistants were welcoming, helpful and attentive. I would recommend Hillcrest Dental if you live in Ventura County and are looking for a great dentist who shows personal attention.
