Rinku Jakhar, DMD Boston University Dental School, 2017 Previously to coming to Hillcrest Dental, Dr. Jakhar practiced in the greater Boston area. She will provide a full scope of general dentistryserving our Pittsfield location.
McCann Technical School, 2002 Lyn started here as a Dental Assistant and was promoted to Billing & Claims Coordinator in 2017. She manages invoicing and works with insurance companies to ensure patient care is covered.
Kayla brings to Hillcrest Dental Care 18 plus years of experience in the human services and home care fields. She is dedicated to helping patients understand their treatment options and answering any questions they may have.

5 starts for the over stretched staff who do their absolute best given the amount of patients being squeezed in every day. Very caring and personable! I'm a big time gagger with horrible anxiety. They do not rush or push me and do everything in their means to get me through the somewhat arduous process of X-rays. 4 stars for the hassle of getting appointments. My dentist had to cancel a recent appt and they told me the next appt was in FEBRUARY! Thankfully, there was a cancellation and I got in earlier. I do understand there are not enough dentists in the area, but it's taken 6 months to complete the process of getting 6 crowns done after having 10 crumbling teeth pulled in April, when I was given the 1st available appt in OCTOBER --- yes, almost a 6 month wait! Now I'm just beginning the process of finally getting upper/lower partial dentures to replace all the teeth that I lost 2yrs ago due to cancer radiation treatments and then Covid complications. I was just told the whole denture process is going to take 2-3 months now, because they can't fit me in. I guess I won't be getting my 2 front teeth for Christmas like I hoped, but at least I know they will be done right. Again, absolutely love the staff. This is more of a personal venting session, due to my impatients.

I appreciate their urgent waitlist. They contacted my son multiple times with during the 3 weeks prior to his appointment when they had an opening. Staff is helpful and pleasant.

Dr. Patel and Juan were amazing! I have been going to Hillcrest for years, but haven't been back since before Covid. I've had Wisdom teeth removed and braces the whole nine. But, Dr. Patel was different. She listened, was patient and worried about my satisfaction. I had a cavity that made me self-conscious but nervous to have fixed. She was thorough, made sure I was happy and honestly made my feel good about myself. I have never had a dentist that took the time with me and made me feel comfortable like that. Very pleased.

I have been a patient for a long time Dr. Hersh is amazing he is caring very talented and he is funny always goes the extra miles for his patients. The staff are always friendly and courteous as well as the other Doctors. I am grateful to have such a devoted team on my side. Thank you !

Just for anyone's information. Don't use Hillcrest dental as a dentist. They're absolutely useless. I've been waiting for a year now for a cleaning and they called to cancel an hour before my appointment with no reschedule time for another 8months. And this has happened multiple times.

Always a great experience! Dr.Patel is absolutely amazing . I was comfortable and they eased all my stress . My time there was Quick and painless . The entire staff that helped me was great from scheduling to the assistant . Thankful to have a great dentist in the area ! Thank you !

Ive been to Hillcrest Dental twice.... First time was in March 2019, in April covid hit and I'm just now being seen again..... The dental assistant was amazing.... Very sweet and considerate.... Dr. Patel was professional and made me feel comfortable explaining the procedure I need done..... Checking out was very pleasant... A gentleman checked me out and he was sincerely personable and professional....

I have had an exceptional experience with Hillcrest Dental! I enjoy going to the dentist again for the first time in years! Got my teeth cleaned this morning. Hygienist Nicole Comalli was thorough. And took her time to clean and floss my upper permanent bridge. And then the Doctor came in and let me know that I had a cavity and had to come back to get it filled at another date. So I felt good about coming in and getting work done. Todd Cass
