She is an active member of The American Dental Association, The Texas Dental Association, and The Dallas County Dental Association. Dr. Shah is committed to continuing education and takes many advanced courses each year to enhance her skills to better serve the dental care needs of her patients and provide them with a gentle and comfortable dental experience.
Dr. Fallah received his DDS degree in 2009 and subsequently completed his residency program in Periodontics at New York University College of Dentistry in 2015. He became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontics in 2016 and has been practicing periodontics in private practice in Dallas since 2015. Dr. Fallah is particularly active in postgraduate education, lecturing nationwide and patient care in private practice in the field of advanced non invasive periodontics and oral surgery. His expertise on implant dentistry and bone grafting, root coverage to treat receded gum and gum surgeries. He is certified to use laser for the treatment of periodontal and gum disease(LANAP). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends and family.

I was speaking to Dr Shah about my constant neck pain while in my consultation. After our conversation and exam she advised me that I was actually grinding my teeth causing pressure on my joints hence neck pain. I had never heard of this before but Dr Shah took her time explaining it and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with at least trying a temporary custom made bite guard to see if this would help with the pain. Who knew?! I couldn't believe it, but my neck pain finally went away. Now I wear my permanent custom made bite guard every night and I am pain free. I always appreciate the level of respect, knowledge, and professionalism from the Hillcrest Dental staff.Thanks Dr Shah!

I have enjoyed the service. I appreciate that I don't wait too long. The staff is friendly and I feel they take there time when evaluating their patients. There equipment is up to date. I like that I don't need to change multiple room for x rays. If you are looking for a place you don't need to research any further.

I found them when I had a HUGE dental emergency and no one else was able to take me in because of the weekend. Dr Shah is very kind, immediately booked me in and found a specialist for me on the same day. Though I found her by accident, I stayed with her for all my other dental needs as well. The staff is also incredibly nice. No one here pressures you into any treatments and they're patient with all questions and concerns.

Dr. Shah is always so friendly and always answers all my questions with the most genuine understanding and concern. I happened to have a cleaning one week while she happened to be out of town, she not only found a great replacement Dr. to assist, she also followed up with me when she was back in office and did another exam to address any concerns the fill in Dr may have missed. The staff is always so kind and personable too. I will continue to schedule all my dental needs with Dr Shah and the Hillcrest team for years to come! :)

Awesome experience with this dentist and dental office. Very professional, comfortable, and informative regarding the care I need. The visit was well managed regarding time and care. I felt very comfortable with the recommendations I was given, and felt the dentist was very knowledgeable and showed a true care for my oral health. Very happy I found them; I have already recommended someone to their office!

You owe it to yourself to go to Hillcrest Dental at Castle Hills before you decide to do any dental work elsewhere in the DFW Metroplex. Before moving to North Texas, I lived in the Northeast of the United States and I can tell, without any fear of being successfully contradicted, that Dr. Shah has assembled the most concious, caring and efficient dental staff, that I have ever seen.

Everyone there, from front office staff to hygienist to the dentist herself, is superb. From the COVID precautions they take to keep everyone safe, to the friendliness with which you are treated, to the professional quality work they do, the expectations are always met. Everyone there is happy to answer questions and help you any way they can. You just feel taken care of. The facility is nice as well. In over 5 years, I have never had a negative experience.

I just started going to hillcrest dental 6 months ago. I had a couple spots that were bothering me and they fit me in that day to fix after initial screening. I had told them that I was having a lot of headaches and she suggested a mouth guard because my jaw was so tight that I was most likely clinching at night. I was like okay I'll give it a try and most of my headaches are gone. The guard made a HUGE difference on a problem that I didn't even know I had. She was helpful and sweet. Cannot recommend this place more!! Absolutely love everyone there.

Dr. Shah and her staff prioritize your comfort. When the numbing gel wasn't sufficient for my deep cleaning, Dr. Shah gave me a few injections of novocaine. She has a gentle touch and the injections weren't painful. After that, the deep cleaning was a breeze. The TVs on the ceiling are a nice touch as well. Going to the dentist is never a joy, but it's the best experience it can be at Hillcrest Dental.

My family has been with Hillcrest dental for the last three years and we love it and recommend to anyone in the Carrollton/Coppell/Lewisville area. It is in a great location near Castle Hills and the ability to book Saturday appointments is really convenient. The office has fit us in during the week when my child had a dental issue which I am so grateful for! Dr. Shah and her staff are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and the office is very clean. The COVID protocol was very thorough and I have felt comfortable maintaining my regular cleaning schedule during the pandemic.

First visit to Dr. Shah at Hillcrest Dental...I have found my dentist. The Doctor and the staff were efficient and fast, but overall friendly and extremely professional. The wait was brief and the exam was quick but thorough. So glad I found this office! They were also very good at explaining my insurance coverage and extremely transparent on the cost. Can't say enough about my experience.
