Our team of board-certified pediatricians and health professionals provide compassionate care for infants , children, teens and young adults. Newborn babies should see a pediatrician soon after birth and routinely throughout their childhood. Routine check-ups are important to ensure your child is growing up healthy, and receiving their immunizations on schedule to avoid preventable disease. It is important to bring your child in for check-ups, as recommended by your provider. Our providers follow the standard care established by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Health Resources and Services Administrations guidelines.

Our team of dental professionals understand that a healthy mouth is good for your body. Dental diseases have been linked to heart and respiratory diseases, diabetes and even pre-term births. Its best to begin dental visits at an early age. We recommend that children be seen by a dentist by age one to start them on the road to good oral health. When dental care is a part of the primary health of our patients, it is possible for patients to keep their teeth most of their lives. Regular check-ups and cleanings every 6 months will prevent costly procedures, which often result from poor dental maintenance. We have special discounted plans for primary care and prosthodontic care (dentures) for our seniors and patients who do not have insurance.

You will be assigned to a provider of your choice, and a team of other health care experts will work with the provider and you to ensure that you get the personal care you need and deserve. You may have a care manager assigned to you to assist you with meeting all of your medical needs and help you set up a plan to improve your overall health. Your care manager will work with you and your provider to help you stay well and to be there for you when you are sick.

The relationship between you, your physician, and care team is the driving force behind a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). Your physician will provide medical care that is right for you following evidence-based guidelines/standards of care that have proven to be effective in improving certain illnesses.
