Dr. Cara Clark Hill has been practicing general dentistry since 2010 after graduating from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. She joined the office in January 2015. In July of 2017, she purchased the practice and took over for Dr. Paladino who had been serving the Gainesville community for 40 years.
She is a native of Bartow, FL and fell in love with the Gainesville area during dental school. Dr. Hill is also a part-time Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida's College of Dentistry and is passionate about education. She is active in the Alachua County Dental Association and participates annually in dental mission trips both locally and around the world, including serving as the Dental Coordinator at Westside Samaritan's Clinic from 2012-2016. She also has membership in the Florida Dental Association and the American Dental Association. Dr. Hill is married to her husband, Travis. When she isn't caring for her patients, she enjoys traveling, fishing and enjoying Florida's natural beauty with her husband, dog Buster, family and friends
Tanya has been married to her husband Erik for 22 years and they have four children ranging in age from 21 to 6. When not working, she enjoys reading and gardening with hopes of a working homestead in the near future.

Never had any issues until now. I last saw this practice four years ago before I moved to another town. Now they've sent me a bill that I've never even seen before from a visit FOUR YEARS AGO -stating my insurance at the time "didn't cover some of the expenses". This is unheard of and completely unprofessional to wait FOUR YEARS to send a bill out.

As someone who's usually pretty nervous going to dentists, the staff made me feel right at home! I came in for a filling, and Dr. Hill as well as Tammy were so sweet! They took their time with me even as I was so sensitive. They made sure I was 100% comfortable before operating. I couldn't have asked for a better time here. I love all the caring and sweet staff, and I'm so glad to have had the opportunity to come to this office. Highly recommend!

My husband and I adore Hill Family Dentistry. My husband has had bad experiences with dentists in the past and Dr. Hill and the hygienist, Nancy, made him feel safe and comfortable. He enjoys getting his teeth cleaned now! June, my hygienist is the sweetest! She is very knowledgeable and walks you through the cleaning processes step-by-step and gives great tips on how to improve you dental care routine. The receptionist, Rebecca is always a delight to deal with and has always answered my questions/concerns in a professional way.
