Dr. Jed Hildebrand grew up in the Dallas area and graduated fromPlano Senior High School, where he played football and soccer and won state championships in both during his senior year. Dr. Hildebrand then attendedBaylor Universityin Waco, Texas, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in biology. He played soccer on the universitys team and was a member ofSigma Alpha Epsilonfraternity. He is also a member of Prestonwood Baptist Church, where he is a guest speaker.
Dr. Hildebrand enjoys participating in Christian dental missionary work in Mexico and has traveled overseas to dental clinics in refugee camps in Cambodia, India, and Thailand. Dr. Hildebrand wasa contestant on the hit CBS reality TV show Survivor V: Thailandin the fall of 2002. He has appeared on numerous TV shows, including MTVsTRL, The Caroline Rhea Show,CBSsThe Early Show, Entertainment Tonight, Extra, E!, Inside Edition,andThe Tickettalk radio show.
After receiving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas, Dr. Hildebrand continued his dental training atCase Western Reserve University. He completed a two-and-a-half-year orthodontic residency program to become a board-eligible specialist in orthodontics, and received his Master of Science in dentistry while also publishing his master thesis.
Dr. Jed continues to study and train with the latest and best techniques in order to provide the best orthodontic treatment possible. His two brothers, Dr. Brody and Dr. Sloan, and his father, Dr. David, are also dentists with specialty practices in Dallas.
Jeds wife, Dr. Kim Hildebrand, is also a dentist and has retired temporarily to spend time with their son Kai and daughter Liv. Dr. Kim Hildebrand graduated from SMU and Baylor College of Dentistry. She has also been a patient at Hildebrand Orthodontics.

I was referred to Dr. Hilderbrand by my brother in-law who is also a dentist and based out of state. From the day I walked in to Hilderbrand Orthodontist to get my braces on, through my monthly appointments, it has been an exceptional service. The staffs are professional and friendly and the facility is clean. Rescheduling appointments is hassle free , check in and check out is a breeze. Dr.Hilderbrand is very detailed and aims for perfection. I will recommend this dental practice all day everyday.

I regret picking this orthodontist. Communication is not a strong point here. I was told to change out my Invisalign trays every week. In between my appointments I ran out of trays and wore the same ones until my next appointment. I've been wearing the same tray for well over a month and a half, when my appointment time came, I was expecting to get a new set of trays. Well that was not the case and I was told my new set of trays would come in a month later at my next appointment. Dr H saw me and he started working on my teeth but didn't say anything about what he was doing. To my surprise he was shaving down the sides of my teeth so I have gaps i between my bottom teeth now, assuming to make room for my teeth to move. But I won't get these trays to start these movements until next month! So I'm going to have these gaps for MY WEDDING. I'm beyond upset, and if he had explained that's what he was doing I would have asked him for alternatives! I hate the way my teeth will look now in pictures and that was the whole point of me getting orthodontics in the first place!!! Edit: I haven't missed any appointment that I was scheduled for.

I always enjoy coming for my visits. Dr Hildebrand has done ortho my my kids (2 kids) and myself. I refer everyone I know to see him because I trust him and his staff and I love how our teeth looked after treatment.

Dr. Hildebrand is knowledgeable and want's only what is best for you and/or your child. He will give options for how to approach the desired results without regard to cost. Anytime a specialist opinion has been needed, his office promptly sends the information to the referred doctor which helps the process move smoothly. His staff is helpful and kind, always working with a smile. We rarely wait more than ten minutes, if at all, for our appointment, and the appointment is quick but thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Hildebrand and his team to anyone both young and old!

I had my first appointment with these guys on 08/09/2022 for a free consultation because I wanted an orthodental services so I'd be confident when smiling. The Doctor and his staff were so so professional and they know what they're doing. I can't wait to start my treatment. Soar higher Guys....

This place is awesome. Everyone is nice and they even rescheduled early on the same day when I got called in to work. In my experience it always takes weeks if you have to reschedule.

Dr. H. And his staff have been so great through this whole experience. I've had my braces on for a year now, and even with all that metal in my mouth I already feel better about my smile. I'm getting closer to the end (hopefully) and I can't wait to see the final result. Thank you to all the staff for always being so friendly and informative.

Hildebrand is the goat Omge I love my new smile I get so many compliments everywhere I go they see me smiling or just talking and tell me how beautiful my teeth are thanks to him my whole experience was amazing all my visits were fast and the staff is lovely and so welcoming I wuld defenetly 100 percent recommended you to get your smile fixed here look no more is worth the drive we're ever you are you will not be disappointed!!!! If you're looking for the best smile and the best orthodontist, this is the place to go. My first orthodontist didn't fix my teeth right and I came here. Now my teeth look better than I ever imagined and I have amazing self confidence in my smile again. Dr. Jed is upbeat and witty and full of energy and his staff is full of amazing people. This office staff and Dr. Hildebrand were very friend and accommodating. The office ambiance was calm, clean, professional. I would say this was the best dental office experience I've had recently. I do wonder why I did not book my initial ortho consult with Hildebrand Ortho. Once it's financially feasible (my insurance will not cover my treatment), I plan on starting treatment for my son and self.
