Scheduled an appointment and there wasn't a doctor there when I showed up and they were trying to get me to reschedule 2 weeks out. Woman I spoke to tried to make to make me feel like it was my fault "because the number that we had on file isn't in service'" so they couldn't call me to tell me that. She either misheard me when I gave them my number to schedule an appointment or realized that there wasn't a doctor just then and came up with that story. Either way, I have wasted days waiting for this appointment when I could've scheduled with another office. Thanks guys!

I called and they got me in next day. And listened to me and we got a plan in place. They were an amazing place with amazing staff!

I chose this facility for denture work. I would not recommend. It was not a pleasant experience and my dentures are too big. Less than a year and my implant tooth broke and fell out. Thousands of dollars.... not a good choice unless you have a cavity or need a cleaning.

The dentist that I saw gave me a very expensive treatment plan for work that I just found out I don't need. I feel that is wrong to do to people when you don't have that kind of money. I would highly suggest getting another opinion before proceeding with expensive dental work that you may not even need.

I'm just curious to know how they will charge someone 40$ for canceling or changing an appt if a 48hr notice isn't given but they don't extend the same courtesy when they change you're appointment last minute? I haven't been charged a fee but I have been called on my way to an appt and the receptionist called to change my appt due to the dr being out. And I'm sad that Dr Whisler is no longer there and frustrated the new dentist comes in and doesn't introduce herself when we've never met before!

I've been coming here for a couple years now! I feel like the hygienists take their time and clean your teeth really well! They don't unnecessarily fill teeth to make money in my opinion (I've had a dentist like that before)! I recently took my little girl and they did an amazing job on her! I do have one complaint and that would be make sure you get the X-ray right the first time as I don't like exposing my kid to unnecessary radiation. And I also think it would be smart for them to shield the thyroid on all patients when doing X-rays. They have taken care of several family members and have been great through the years! I will continue to come back !

I've been coming to this location for maybe 10 years now. It's different than it used to be when it was Soonersmiles, but still a nice place to go. They got me in quickly this time and fixed me up. The staff is very friendly.
