Whoever makes the calls for finance is absolutely terrible. Has no manners in terms of helping people to understand. And being called confrontational cause I had a couple of questions and was having trouble understanding. Stop calling and just send the dam bill if you don't know how to have a conversation. Love everything else about the place

They don't respond to the phone calls, or they put the people on the line for too long without coming back to them, they don't care about parents it kids because they have many families with chip programs.

We have been taking our kids here for a few years and always had great experiences. Our 10 yr old autistic son has developed fear and resistance to even basic medical procedures and had a complete meltdown at his original appointment. They scheduled a new appointment and no extra charge and told me to bring his own toothbrush and toothpaste and also a toy for him to hold. They followed my lead on how to talk to him and calm him and we were able to complete a successful cleaning today. I'm very great full for the time and patience they gave my son the hygienists even snuck him extra prizes.

My daughter had an appointment today and had her cavities filled and Dr Durra was filling them and my child was in pain and he told her to stop whining he's almost done and was very rude to her. I will NOT be going back to this place again.

Unfortunately our experience with this practice has not been good. Several negative encounters: 1) We brought our 3 year old to this practice and he had some cavities in the back teeth. The dentist literally examined him for 2 min and then without much explanation or discussion told us to go get it fixed under general anesthesia. When I mentioned I am not comfortable with that, she asked me to come back in a couple months. The second time we saw a different dentist who was equally impatient and even rude when I tried to ask some questions. She poked his teeth without any care and it was painful to him. She also suggested that instead of general anesthesia we can try an oral sedative concoction which would make him drowsy and they can do the filling that way. When I asked how safe that is, she basically said that we can't be sure until we give it to him and then see what happens ! I have never encountered a more insensitive doctor/dentist. Absolutely terrible experience. We went to a different dental practice after this to get a second opinion (Highpoint Dental Medicine) and the dentist there much to our relief didn't think his cavities warranted an immediate treatment with general anesthesia. Instead she recommended SDF treatment to stop the cavities from gettin any worse until he is older and can tolerate being in the chair with local anesthesia. 2) Our 8 year old son got a cavity filled during this pandemic so I wasn't allowed to go in with him. He told me later that the dentist was being mean in the way they were talking to him.

I do not recommend this clinic my son had an accident he broke his teeth and I took him for an arrangement so they anesthetized. to my son and I was in pain and .He was crying a little loudly then Dr Mike yelled at my son to shut up I don't think he had to do that less with a child I thought this Dotor was a better person but not now I'm not happy With this clinic.

Have been going here for years but now will stop. Staff was always friendly and asked a lot of questions, but this last time the new female dentist was extremely rude and condescending. She never bothered to ask any questions. Maybe she would have learned a little more about an expander just getting taken off, a grandparent having a heart attack, and a round of traumatizing second degree burns which happened. Maybe she could have taken a moment to understand a rough patch in a child's life. My daughter even said to me how mean the dentist was to her. I did not go back this time but she was also very rude to me at the end of the appointment as well.

We went here originally when my daughter was 2 and my son a little over a year. It was wonderful! Until the last time I took them in Oct of 2019, they took xrays of my daughters teeth and told us she had 7 cavities! 7!! My 4 year old daughter, but 6 months prior she only had 1 and a possible 2nd one. Switched dentists and they did xrays and said she only has 2!! 2 small ones at that and NO Gas is needed to complete the work. This place was going to gas my 4 year old daughter 3 separate times (3 different appointments)!! And do dental work she didnt even need!! Just saw her as more money! Unbelievable! If I could give it no stars I would! Horrible place. For your kids sake dont go here!

I'm sitting here on the most uncomfortable benches waiting for 55 mins for a 930 appointment. There is a sign up sheet as you come in and it seems there are ten people all booked for the same time. If it was the middle of the day you could understand a back log, but 9:30? Unacceptable.
